Happy I stopped here!! Let me start by saying this is not the first car I've purchased, but definitely the best experience I've ever had. It started with me stopping at the dealership where I leased my last car. I have an appointment to discuss my lease end options. I get there on time and they have me waiting 40 minutes. Then they give the run around asking me whatvI want to pay. Like its up to me. Games and tactics. After 30 minutes of going around in circles. I decide to leave. On my wway home aggravated and tired, I decide to stop at Meadowlands Nissan. I walk in and am greeted with a smile by Mr. J.R. Vega a true gentleman. He welcomed me and aked me if I'd like a cup of coffee or water. We sat down and within 45 minutes I had driven the new car and had infront Of me several lease options. It was painless and pleasant. I discussed the options and with alittle flexibility on both parts I was able to drive home in my new car. No games, tactics or circles. Just a fair deal wwith no waste of time. Keep up the good work. I'll be a Meadowlands Nissan customer for life. By the way been about a week now and they've checked on me twice. Thanks J.R . Vega and Xavier for the great service. After getting a price on a 2014 Nissan pathfinder platinum premium from Michael Francisco via email, I set up the appointment for to close out the deal. Once I got to the dealer, Michael was not avai platinum premium from Michael Francisco via email, I set up the appointment for to close out the deal. Once I got to the dealer, Michael was not available and they assigned me a different sales rep. this gentleman tried to sell me the vehicle at a different price and would not show me the numbers that they were running to come up with the monthly payments. so, after 3 long hours and after I told him to run his numbers based on the price I was given, he came back and told me that they could not do it for the price I was told, so I just walk out. I believe that this is very unprofessional from their part to give out a quote on a vehicle and not to honor it. It seems that they are luring people in with these prices and change it once the costumer is there. Now they say that price I got was based on a 2013 not a 2014, but I have all the emails to prove it. In the end, I’m getting the vehicle from a different dealer at the price I was offered from this dealer. Ok so on Monday I received an email from Marc Steiner apologizing for the inconvenience and told me that he would honor the deal I was offered plus an additional $500 off for the trouble that I went through. So I went back and they kept their word this time. Marc (GM) actually sat down himself with me and explained to me the whole deal. In the end I made the deal because I got a good price so they were not that bad after all. More

After having visited other dealerships in the area, walking into the Meadowlands Nisson dealership is like entering another world. I was warmly greeted by Josh, my salesman, and the process of buying a car began. From the beginning, Josh did his best to match me to a car that not only would make me happy, but would fall within my budget. He traveled the ups and downs of my moods with understanding and professionalism....never losing sight of me, as a person and what I wanted. During the process, I was introduced to many of the players, including the head of the service department, the financial pro and was very pleased to sit down with Mark Steiner, the Manager. He exudes understanding, respect and trust-worthiness. I have now brought my car in for some service and was very pleased with the follow through and execution. The staff in service were also very friendly and professional. I was well taken care of by Allie and Meghan. I will comment further on the end result of the service when I get my car back with the things promised me during the sale process. I have every reason to believe, I will be as happy then as I am now. Thank you to the owners of the Meadowlands Nisson operation for creating this positive atmosphere and hiring such outstanding people to see that your concept is followed through. Oh, and I must add....for having such a fabulous coffee maker.....never hurts. More
