Mike Grimaldi is THE Best! He is Wonderful!! He ALWAYS goes above and beyond for us and explains in detail what our car needs, what needs to fixed asap, what can wait, etc. He is absolutely honest! And honesty means everything to us. We stick to who we know and trust and it is Mike. So kudos to Mike for always providing us with amazing service and making sure our car gets serviced the way it needs to! Quite honestly, if it wasn't for Mike's superb customer service, professionalism and honesty, not sure if we would get our car serviced here. More

Nelson B. I'm in the market for a new vehicle and since I cannot afford a new one, I opted to look for used. I went in extremely nervous because the other dealers were rude when I told them I was only window shopping and had my 3 year old in tow. The only thing they were interested in was what they could do to "close the deal" that day after I explicitly said "I am window shopping". Upon entering the dealership, I explained to the woman at the front desk my experiences and how I needed to talk with someone who is understanding. Thankfully, she introduced me to Nelson. He sat down entertained my son a bit then listened to all my needs before deciding what kind of vehicle(s) would be right for me and my family's needs. Before I left, I was at total peace and had firm facts and figures to ponder. I did not feel pressured in the least bit.
