Rip Offs! If i could, I would give this place zero stars. I'm agreeing with the previous reviews - this place tries to rip you off. When i purchased my car a year and half ago, I purchased the extended service plan plus free lifetime oil changes. When I went to get my oil change done, they tried to charge me. Apparently it wasnt "inputed in their system." Some servicing also had to be done - which they tried to charge me for again. When I asked to talk to the manager, Jim Cavuopo, i asked him to show me my initial paperwork that i signed when i purchased this car. He turns around and tells me, "even if barack obama asks me for the paperwork, i cannot show him." Than Ibrahim Morris decided to jump in and give his whole speech and wanted to charge me $1000 for the plan, which I have paid for. What BS! Hope this place gets its act together - will go for my free oil changes and that's it! Not surprised to see next to no business at this place. The two managers names Jim Cavuopo and Ibrahim Morris need to learn what customer service is. More

BUYER BEWARE i got my 3rd Nissan 2 Maxima's and now a Altima and drove it until my first oil change 6k miles to let them know any issues wrong with the car and now i got my 3rd Nissan 2 Maxima's and now a Altima and drove it until my first oil change 6k miles to let them know any issues wrong with the car and now they are saying both my front tires and rims are damaged, blaming me. So the Gentleman in Service Anthony Blew me off told me to call Nissan and when Nissan called them they also blew them off to not fix my car. So they did my oil change and when i picked up my car, its filthly Dirty and has 2 new Scratches. And my Service gentleman was no where to found when called..to be continued.. More

I was very picky from color, miles, price, and etc but Eddie was very patient and met all my demands until I found the car I wanted. I purchased a Toyota prior to buying my second Nissan. The Toyota dealership was the worst. From the managers on down. Needless to say I return the car and came back home to Nissan where my business is appreciated. Eddie was exceptional, but the entire staff is well trained, classy and professional. I am and aways will be a Nissan guy. I would love the most about the dealership is that you do not feel pressured to purchase a Vehicle. Thanks Eddie. More
