The most amazing customer service experience ever! I met Ralph for the first time when I walked into the dealership. He was very patient with my poor skills in car buying and answered all my questions. Then, took the time to patiently show me in detail all the different functions of the car. Joe from the finance unit also made me feel comfortable and was very pleasant and considerate. Horrible experience buying daughter's 1st car. *****UPDATE SEE BOTTOM OF REVIEW***** I purchased my daughter's 1st car here. The salesman (Joshua) young friendly guy, but didn't do much to help *****UPDATE SEE BOTTOM OF REVIEW***** I purchased my daughter's 1st car here. The salesman (Joshua) young friendly guy, but didn't do much to help as the below situations occurred. We had the Jeep delivered, received it with an empty tank. Jeep was also delivered without key for lug nuts. I was told to bring it back even though we were an hour away. The next day my daughter goes to drive car for only her 2nd time, dead battery. Not sure how the 160 point inspection was done without taking wheels off and having the original battery for a 2013. JC insisted the inspection was done, though it says a battery kit was installed, it was the original with a dead cell. Everything was suspect given this and all the other events that transpired. Next day engine light comes on. Had to bring the car back to be serviced less than a week of purchase. I was assured we would be taken care of and compensated for our troubles and frustration by Jay and JC and that the Jeep would be in perfect running and pristine condition. Jeep was more filthy on the outside then when dropped off for service and there was no compensation and a full tank of gas as promised. For my daughter's first car, the whole process was supposed to be filled with excitement, which it was at first, however it shortly became nothing but regret and frustration. I would not recommend this dealership or repusentatives at all. *****UPDATE***** We haven't even made the first payment yet and I have to bring it back to the service center again. Car sounds like it's going to stall. AC unit causes the Jeep to idle really low and sound like it's going to stall when sitting at a light or stop sign. So far we have had the car for a total of a 1 1/2 weeks of the 3. This will be our second trip to the service center, last time they had it for a week. Is there any reputable person at Route 17 Nissan to make this situation right unlike Jay and JC who said they would? I'm disgusted and feel ripped off. More
