I have to say that my experience so far with Meadowlands Nissan is 95% positive. My salesman Shannon did a great job and was not overly aggressive when I came into purchase a 2010 Nissan Murano. He checked his inventory and did not have the car that I was looking for. I made the foolish mistake of allowing him to try to locate a vehicle (something I have never had luck with at any dealer). We agreed on a price- a good price I think and I left a deposit. By the end of the following week Shannon was not able to locate what I was looking for (my only complaint- as they were initially very positive they would find the vehicle when I left a deposit). I explained my time constraints and when I asked if it got to the point that I would have to go to another dealer if I could get my deposit back he quickly explained that this would not be a problem. He did locate a vehicle in the color I wanted with minor alterations in the options I was looking so I went back and saw what he had and we worked up another deal at another great price- so I think. The vehicle had Goodyear tires, as some Murano’s do, but I preferred Bridgestone, another tire typically found on Murano’s. Meadowlands had no problems changing the tires for me. I returned that Monday to pickup the vehicle. They had it prepped and ready to go. I was in and out of the finance office in no time- less than 30 minutes. Jimmy Rodriguez did not pressure me into any extended warranty, rust proofing or Lo-Jack. It was so easy and simple. And to top if off the President and owner of the company, Howard Goldman, came down and personally introduced himself to me and thanked me for my business. Since I was from NY I got a temporary plate and it took Meadowlands only a week to get my vehicle registered in New York and obtain permanent plates for me. All around it was a great experience buying a car. Thumbs up to Shannon and the rest of Meadowlands Nissan for making this a great car buying experience!! More
Great customer service, was not pressured into buying and was given a great price and 0% financing. Was looking for the Rogue or the Sentra and was given quotes for both and they went out of their way to mak was given a great price and 0% financing. I was inquiring on different websites regarding a 2010 Altima. Andre at Meadowlands Nissan, was the first person to immediately respond to my inquiries via the Chat Window while others had me "stand by." Altima. In fact, out of the three dealerships, he was the only one who didn’t force me to come in and "sit down." He simply promised he would work out a fair deal and if we weren’t satisfied, he would understand. We test drove the Altima, Andre suggested we also test drive the Maxima as he understood what we were looking for. Tony also assisted Andre throughout the interaction and, I must say, in the 20+ years of leasing vehicles, purchasing from meadowlands Nissan was by far the most pleasant. He was courteous, friendly and got me into a new lease in less than 2 hours, he then accompanied me to the gas station and made sure I had a full tank of gas.. this is my third time leasing with Nissan, and my second time with Meadowlands Nissan, overall my experience was AWESOME.. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Neil, he was superb...what a pleasure to deal with someone who doesn't give you any bullcrap to make a sale and delivers exactly what you came in for..GO NEIL... I picked Meadowlands Nissan as the first place to buy a new car because of the positive experience I had this passed August when I had my 04 Maxima serviced there.
