Visited on Saturday 6/6/2020 shopping for a 2020 Nissan Rouge SL and had the horrible experience to deal with Benny one of their sales representatives. We then started to talk price and when I mentioned I had a true car price for the vehicle he told me that they don’t honor that and to go visit Bloomfield Nissan. I left the dealer and called back to speak to a manager and was told Tony would call me back he never did so I called again and was told he was with a customer and he would call me back in five minutes it is two days later and still have not received a call back. Buyers be ware they seem to use true car to bait the consumers in and the don’t want to deal with you when you mention true car. This place is very shady I had a similar experience with route 46 Nissan and route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge I think these dealers are all owned by the same owner and this is the way they train their salesman and managers. Stay away from this place and save yourself the aggravation. Shop somewhere else where you are appreciated! More
