This is my fifth lease (my second from Meadowlands Nissan). The first experience (after dealing with a pleasant salesman, went down hill rather quickly) took over 4 hours. Could not believe how horrible the experience became. Bill made it better and faster this time. I usually have good experiences with the Service department. No one on the dealership is helpful. After you buy your car from them, they are no longer interested in helping you. I took my car in to get serviced & Tony told me I had to pay $99 repeadedly before he e car from them, they are no longer interested in helping you. Then, after he got rude & talked down to me & John Cortez the manager got involved, he (yes, the manager of the service dept.) proceeded to tell me that he didn't have to help me. I spoke to the General Manager who made excuses for his employees & in the end did not help me to get my car fixed. I ended up having to take it to another dealership who was more than willing to help me with my repair. More
I have leased Nissan's for over 10 years and I have dealt with many sales people. By far Tony and Andrew are the best. They went above and beyond to help me out. Great place to buy a car as soon as I walked in I was greeted and introduced to a sales consultant. Steve was very accommodating with car delivery even with big time constrains on my part. By far one of the best sales consultants I ever worked with. As to the car I want it he did deliver every item I requested. Customer service was great before and after delivery, simple follow up call was great, not only 1 but 2 since I could not answer his first call, this is old time customer service I could not find at other places. I will definitely deal with him at any dealership in the future. All questions I had he was able to answer. Big kudos to Meadowlands Nissan for recruiting employee like Steve. More
