No one on the dealership is helpful. After you buy your car from them, they are no longer interested in helping you. I took my car in to get serviced & Tony told me I had to pay $99 repeadedly before he e car from them, they are no longer interested in helping you. Then, after he got rude & talked down to me & John Cortez the manager got involved, he (yes, the manager of the service dept.) proceeded to tell me that he didn't have to help me. I spoke to the General Manager who made excuses for his employees & in the end did not help me to get my car fixed. I ended up having to take it to another dealership who was more than willing to help me with my repair. More

Great place to buy a car as soon as I walked in I was greeted and introduced to a sales consultant. Steve was very accommodating with car delivery even with big time constrains on my part. Customer service was great before and after delivery, simple follow up call was great, not only 1 but 2 since I could not answer his first call, this is old time customer service I could not find at other places. I will definitely deal with him at any dealership in the future. All questions I had he was able to answer. Big kudos to Meadowlands Nissan for recruiting employee like Steve. More
