On July 30 2010 I dropped off my 2008 Nissan Rogue at Meadowlands Nissan for an oil change and in the afternoon when I went to pick it up I decided to see what promotions Nissan Meadowlands was offering Meadowlands Nissan for an oil change and in the afternoon when I went to pick it up I decided to see what promotions Nissan Meadowlands was offering and was greeted by salesperson Nelson who immediately told me that they could work something out to meet my concerns. I originally purchased my 2008 Nissan at the Route 22 Nissan and kept getting calls about special promotions they were having so I decided to see what Meadowlands had to offer and I was very happy with the service provided by Nelson and Daniel the Finance Manager. They did not play numbers games with me and listened to concerns and met them all. They genuinely wanted to help me. I ended up trading in my 08 Rogue for a 2010 Rogue. Meadowlands did not have the color I wanted in stock but they were able to locate it for me in a couple of days. I am very happy with my car and the professional and courteous service I recieved from Nelson and Daniel. I would definitely recommend Meadowlands to all my friends and family! More

I was shopping around for an Altima and Meadowlands had a crazy promotion last weekend. I go there and give a price quote from another dealer. After waiting 20 minutes, they come back with a price quote of 5 crazy promotion last weekend. I go there and give a price quote from another dealer. After waiting 20 minutes, they come back with a price quote of 50 bucks cheaper. I caught Dwight sitting with another customer filling out their sales contract while I was waiting. xxx! What was worse is that they snuck in Destination and Delivery ($740) as additional. That has never been separate from a sales quote. So it was a worse quote from the other dealer. So I clarified and we made a deal with Tony for a price that included all fees and the only additional would be tax and DMV fees. After another 20 minutes, Dwight comes back with the sales contract and all fees are separate. When trying to explain to Dwight what our agreement was with Tony, he gets agitated with us and starts lecturing how we have to pay these fees no matter what. After getting Tony back (another 15 minutes), he apologies and states that he "Forgot" to tell us about the other fees that were not included in our deal. We asked for the adjustment and he said he will talk with his boss. I waited for another 15 minutes, found Tony, and he apologized again saying that his boss was suppose to come to us. After another 10 minutes, I looked for Tony and asked another sales consultant. He went into the office and said he be out for another minute. After another 15 minutes, I gave up. I picked up the contract and all paperwork, went into the big office were all the sales consultant was just BSing and said good bye. I wasted 2 hrs for nothing. I ended up going to Ramsey Nissan who took my deal and from signing the sales contract to picking up the car was in an hour. I never got treated like crap in a dealer before and I hope Meadowlands can learn a few points from Ramsey. More

I have a '08 Altima. My lease was coming to an end in about six month and lately we've been bombarded with Nissan's July promotions from all the local dealers. Plus my brother got an insane deal email ad about six month and lately we've been bombarded with Nissan's July promotions from all the local dealers. Plus my brother got an insane deal email advertisement from the Route 46 Nissan.So on July 31st myself and my brother while doing our usual Saturday shopping decided to swing by the Meadowlands dealership just to get a general idea where the market is at right now and to see how close the ad was to reality. Yes the ad was from Route 46 but Meadowlands is our local dealership and my lease is from them. We were greeted by Nelson. Described him our general situation and what we are interested in - five minutes later we were test driving a new Maxima of the same color as my Altima even though I haven't said a word about color preference. And after another hour they have pretty much matched the Route 46 mass mailing advertisement. Now I'm driving '10 Maxima SV for the same down payment and monthly payment I paid for '08 Altima S. Thank you Nelson and Marc for not wasting our time with the usual car dealers mind and number games. Thank you for carefully listening to us and addressing all of our concerns and questions. The most straightforward and professional dealership I've ever worked with. And also I just have to give some recognition to vehicle consultant Andrew and manager Tony for always being friendly and chatting with us whenever I would bring my Altima for service. P.S. We did go to Route 46 just to get disrespected and laughed at for following up on their ad. Their sales person actually laughed at us when we showed them Meadowlands offer and asked why didn't we buy the car there and if we would like to buy a BMW for the same price too. More
This is my second vehicle I leased from this dealership, when you go there you dont feel pressured. The salesman and business manager I dealt with did all they could and more to get me in the vehicle I want when you go there you dont feel pressured. I like thier straight up no game playing way they sell cars not like some other dealerships that play the game between the salesman & the behind closed doors manager that you never see. I recommend them highly and would do business again in the future. More
