It was a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked into the showroom. I had visited the showroom a month prior to buying the car just to see if a Maxima might be in the cards for me. Engell greeted me in a very friendly manner and was able to answer all me questions and then some spending, a good deal of time with me walking me through the models and options. I felt that I was talking to the right person. So when I went back the 2nd time I looked for him. I gave a price range to work from and Engell did his best to work with me to find just the right Maxima that would suit my budget and he did! All communication was expressed in a clear manner. THere were no secrets, no suprises, no hicupps and he was quick to return calls. I felt as though I was in good hands. I would recommend anyone going to Meadowlands Nissan. It was a great experience! I want to start by stating that this has been by far, the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle(I purchased a CPO 2010 Altima Coupe). I've had my license for 15 years and have purchased for personal use 2 new vehicles and 6 used cars. I couldn't thank the sales rep, Kevin Zarobinski, enough for all his professionalism as well as his friendly, non-aggresive persona. I have encountered many sales people in the car business and they just want to make a sale, without thinking of consequences, while making false promises, and disregarding the needs of the consumer. Obviously, this never ends well. The comfort level given by both Kevin(my sales rep) and Jimmy Ramirez(the finance specialist) was outstanding and completely beyond expectation. I especially appreciate the discretion used when discussing the finance options. I will definetly recommend Nissan on Route 17 to all friends and family members shopping for a vehicle. More
I went in for an oil change. AN OIL CHANGE nothing more. I also had a problem with a brake light and I wanted a spare key. I came away with an outrageous bill for $603. They claimed that "customer requested" the 15K service. No, CUSTOMER REQUESTED AN OIL CHANGE! If they had reviewed past service records, which I made available, they would have seen that I have had all the services up to 50K on this car that has less than 12,000 miles on it. They foisted a bunch of unnecessary services on me, charged me over $200 for a key - without the electronic device that actually locks and unlocks the car - all for a total of $603. These people obviously feel the need to build up their bottom line by any means possible. Their work might have been adequate, but it was certainly overpriced, and there is no excuse for taking 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I do not recommend this dealership's service at all More
I walked into the dealership worried that I would be taken advantage of by a slick salesman, this was not the case with Neil. He was extremely informative without talking down to me. He was helpful in the decision making process. He new about the cars and explained the differences in body type and engine performance. We settled on a Nissan Sentra which we are happy with. The facility is clean and well maintained and I will be bringing my car hear for service. More

I purchased a 2007 Sentra, I was impressed with the level of professionalism that I was treated. I work with people as well and I know how importmant good customer service skills make people feel good and im of professionalism that I was treated. When buying cars or leasing I am completely skeptical of "The Typical Cars Salesman." My first interaction was with someone called Tony who greeted me as I aimlessly walked the showroom. He introduced himself and made me feel as if I was talking to a family member. He sat me down, we discussed my budget and I was then introduced to Dwight who was just as nice and helpful. Let's just say after an hour in the dealership and on the road test driving cars I signed and was given keys to my new car. Tony turned out to be the greatest...he was actually a manager who took the time out of his busy schedule to answer any and all my questions. Dwight went as far as to give me a tour of the new Altima and all it's features. Let's just say I know neither of these guys were making money on the excessive time they spent with me. But they now both have a customer for life!!!! If anyone has any reservations about car salemen, these two and this dealership (or wherever they end up in the future) are the two to ask for!!!! More
