He helped me get the exact car I wanted (having to order it from another dealership), and worked with me to get my monthly payments down to my price range. I never felt like he was pressuring me into making any decisions nor scammed by any of the outcomes. He also worked fast to get things done and kept me posted on any new developments (such as when my car arrived). As an added plus, my sales consultant was also kind enough to accompany me when returning my leased vehicle and has followed up with me since to make sure everything is going well with my new car. As the deal was closing, I changed my mind at the last minute, and wanted the car titled in NC. They didn't flinch, Jeff got the deal done, paperwork FedEx'd to me, and everything was smooth. They even worked with the shipping company to get the car shipped to me. I would highly recommend these folks. More
