Horrible dealership, over two months to off a payoff note from trade in. They will never return your phone calls or give you a straight answer once you return to the dealership for answers. We spent almost 6 hrs there for them to complete purchase. When I arrived home I had check engine light come on next day. While the car buying process was fine, the follow up to get my license plates was awful. After one month of not getting my license plates/receiving an update, I called and did not receive a phone call b get my license plates was awful. After one month of not getting my license plates/receiving an update, I called and did not receive a phone call back, even though I was told I would receive one in a couple of hours. I ended up calling almost 40 times over the next month and received only 1 phone call back. Every time I spoke with the person at the front desk, she was short with me and disrespectful. I spoke with the finance manager and he too never provided a sufficient update. Every time I spoke with him, the only update was "the DMV was still working it", even though towards the end of the month he shared they actually hadn't even started working it until that point. It was an extremely painful process with terrible customer service. More
