AVOID DEALING WITH GENERAL MANAGER REYES TEXIDOR AT ALL COST. I ALREADY FILED A CLAIM THROUGH BERGEN PASSAIC CONSUMER AFFAIR THATS WHY MUCH IM PISSED OFF AND WRITING EVERY BAD REVIEW I CAN TO STOP THIS GUY COST. I ALREADY FILED A CLAIM THROUGH BERGEN PASSAIC CONSUMER AFFAIR THATS WHY MUCH IM PISSED OFF AND WRITING EVERY BAD REVIEW I CAN TO STOP THIS GUY FROM MANAGING THE DEALERSHIP AND LOSE GOOD REPUTATION OF THE DEALERSHIP. PROMISES OVER TEXT AND PHONES THAT HE CANNOT KEEP AND KEEP DELAYING WHAT HE PROMISED TO DO FOR THE CUSTOMER AND BLAMES THAT LICENSE PLATE IS TAKING LONG TO GET DUE TO DMV PROCEDURES AND DOES NOT GIVE A xxxx ABOUT ME HAVING TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE WITH EXPIRED TEMP PLATE. DOES NOT EVEN AGREES THAT HIM AND HIS SALES MANAGER FORGOT TO GIVE ME COPY OF ALL MY DOCUMENTS THAT I SIGNED ON THE FIRST DAY OF 41,000 DOLLAR LEXUS RX350 PURCHASE AND SAYS THAT HE WILL SEND ME COPY OF ALL MY DOCUMENTS OVER FEDEX WHICH HE DIDN'T. HE PROMISES THAT HE WILL SEND A RUNNER TO DROP ME OFF THE COPY OF DOCUMENTS NAD LICENSE PLATES AND HE DIDNT AND MADE ME PICK UP THE PLATES WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP. ONCE I WAS THERE ONLY PLATES WERE AVAILABLE AND I ASKED FOR THE COPY OF PHYSICAL DOCUMENTS AND HE SAYS HE FORGOT AND CALLS SOMEWHERE TO EMAIL IT OVER WHERE I REJECTED TO RECEIVE ALL MY DOCUMENTS OVER EMAILS AND WANTED TO HAVE IT IN MY HAND NOW. HE SAYS ALL OTHER BULLSH1T AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT SO MAD AND REPEATEDLY YELLED AT HIM ABOUT THE DOCUMENT HE GOT UPSET AND KICKS ME OUT OF HIS OFFICE AND WANTED TO "TAKE IT OUTSIDE AND TAKE CARE OF THIS BUSINESS BY PUNCHING MY FACE" . AMAZING HOW SOMEONE IN A POSITION TO BE IN CHARGE OF THE DEALERSHIP SAYS SUCH A STRONG WORD TO A CUSTOMER DUE TO YOUR MOOD. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL HE WILL DEAL WITH YOU DEPENDS ON HIS MOOD FOR THE DAY. IF HE LOOKS LIKE HE ISN'T IN A GOOD MOOD, DO NOT TALK TO HIM YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN HE WILL TAKE YOU OUT AND PUNCH YOU IN THE FACE. PLEASE AVOID HIM AT ALL COST. THIS GREAT DEALERSHIP WILL BE RUINED UNDER NEW MANAGER WITH "REYES TEXIDOR" IN CHARGE. More
