Absolutely terrible experience with Route 17 Mitsubishi. They undervalued my car until I mentioned KBB—then magically increased the offer by $3K. Their financing options were outrageous, and when I got a better loan from USAA, they said it was “impossible” until I showed proof—then tried to beat it (they couldn’t). They manipulated trade-in values and refused to honor better numbers unless I financed through them. Then, after the sale, they said I owed $1,400 for a tax credit they mistakenly applied, provided altered documents, and made me pay out of pocket. Shady, unprofessional, and dishonest. Avoid this place at all costs. 0/10. More
