The Nielson way I have seen a lot of TV adverts with the mantra ".thats the Nielson way" so I was happy when my car search lead me to one of their many dealerships. N I have seen a lot of TV adverts with the mantra ".thats the Nielson way" so I was happy when my car search lead me to one of their many dealerships. Now first and foremost was the car I wanted, the deal was okay, but the issue was they clearly advertise a free big screen TV with every car sold. Well I spent 37k on a car and when I asked for a second time about the TV I was told I did not qualify due to the discount on the car. I guess the Nieslon way does not include integrity, fairness, or keeping your word. Well that's not my way, will never be back, will never recommend them all for a few dollar TV I was giving to my nephew. I actually wanted to with draw the deal, but my Wife was upset enough. More

The staff is very professional and no This was our third time buying from the Route 15 Used Car Center dealership and their affiliates in five years. The staff is very professional and not pushy. The sales people are patient and will show you the best cars on the lot for your needs and budget. The cars at the dealership are immaculately cleaned, maintained and well-presented. The Center only has nicer cars for reasonable, competitive prices. Unlike a lot of other used car dealers on Route 15 who keep a lot of junk cars on their lots, this dealer appears to only have nicer vehicles which they check to make sure the cars are in excellent condition. Our family will continue to use this dealer and we highly recommend them. We dealt with Kevin, Robert, Jose and Justin and they are all very customer service-oriented and competent. More
