I recently went to Dover Dodge Service Center for a tire rotation and oil change and general servicing, it was an excellent experience. So I had met Tristan a few months ago but at the time I wasn't ready to fully commit to getting a new car.He called me a few weeks ago and told me that he was just following up to see if I was now in the m wasn't ready to fully commit to getting a new car.He called me a few weeks ago and told me that he was just following up to see if I was now in the mark for a vehicle. I told him that I was.He told me that he had the perfect vehicle for me.He said he had a Ford Fusion Hybrid SE.He set up an appointment for me to come in and he spent a few hours taking me on a test drive and also showing me all the features of the car.Unfortunately I had a family member that had gotten into an accident so I had to post phone everything. I Tristan to tell him.He was very understanding. I called him a few days ago to tell him that now I am ready to buy.The only catch is now I am without a vehicle. He said not a problem and that he would personally come and pick me up and drive me to their car dealership. I was shocked I said why?He told me that he appreciated me being a Veteran and serving this country.I had mentioned to him that I was a Veteran.He came this morning to pick me up and drive me to the dealership.He even put my stroller in his BMW and helped me into his car and the dealership.After I signed the paperwork they gave me a full tank of gas and washed and cleaned the car.I have to say I in all my years have never experienced another person caring about another person as much as Tristan did for me.I will recommend everyone that I know to buy a vehicle from Tristan Chang.Thank you for caring about another human being and being sincere. So last Saturday I stopped into the Rt 15 Used Car Center Dealership.My wife and I had an older Mini Van that was giving us so many issues.Tristan came out and greeted my wife and I.He showed us some Jeeps.H Dealership.My wife and I had an older Mini Van that was giving us so many issues.Tristan came out and greeted my wife and I.He showed us some Jeeps.He had us test drive some Jeeps.We found one we really liked.Tristan showed us the features and spent the time showing is everything.He also thanked me for being a veteran.At the end of everything he even helped me put my wife's wheelchair in the back of the Jeep.
