No issues with staff, not happy with vehicle The staff we dealt with went above and beyond to get us in our vehicle. Unfortunately after a less than a month we started to experience major electri The staff we dealt with went above and beyond to get us in our vehicle. Unfortunately after a less than a month we started to experience major electrical issues which still continue today. Service dept sent car into shop seven times and still not fixed. There were a couple of times we picked it up and the lights would be back on before we got back home. We finally gave up, it was a hassle to call the service manager, then repair place and then place to get loaner car. It was fight to change service places and when we asked to go to Lincoln was told ok but when we arrived there it was another issue, therefore it was never seen by Lincoln. Never did we hear from management/ owners or were ever offered to do something for us. Problems still continue today. More

Friendly and Efficient Overall I think the Route 15 Used Car Center is a nice place to buy a car. Robert "Bobby" is very friendly and helpful. Even after I bought the car, Overall I think the Route 15 Used Car Center is a nice place to buy a car. Robert "Bobby" is very friendly and helpful. Even after I bought the car, Bobby helped me set up my Sirius radio which was a 3 month free trial that came with the car so he really went above and beyond there to help me. Justo was able to get me a nice loan. The loan interest rate was a little high but I think that was probably due to my credit. They run your credit, with your permission, and work out the monthly payment and down payment options for you quickly which makes it a hassle free process. The only negative I can give is that they charge you a fee on top of the purchase price of the car for refurbishing it to certified pre-owned condition. I understand there is a cost involved for them to refurbish the vehicle. My issue is that I paid a price which was at the high end of the range for that make, model and year. So, I felt like I already paid for that in the purchase price of the car. Regardless, I went ahead and bought the car because I love it and it is in excellent condition. Bobby said it had new brakes, new tires along with other miscellaneous work done to make sure it would be reliable and that's what I wanted. Overall a very nice experience and a beautiful car. I think this dealer specializes in offering cars that are in excellent condition and I like that because you feel like you are buy a reliable vehicle. Thank you. More
