I purchased my car 4/02/22 and have still not received my permanent registration. I have called dozens of times without solution and my temp plate expired today leaving me without a vehicle. I also told finance when I was purchasing the vehicle to use Capital One because I was preapproved, they applied to (6) other places. The finance department tried to sell me gap insurance even though I was putting a large sum of money down. Buyer beware with this dealership, not honest. More

I visited the dealership on a Saturday for oil change/tire rotation service. While waiting, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer waiting area.
