Drove an hour, ready to purchase the vehicle, cash in hand. Test drove the vehicle. Everything seemed great. Sales man asked me what I was looking to put down & I mentioned the online price. Said I could pay cash or see what my options were. He told me he wanted what was best for me, but that they probably wouldn't get much from the bank if I paid cash. Sales man went to the back to tell someone I was interested in buying the vehicle. He came back & said they couldnt sell me the vehicle due to a recall & that it shouldn't even be online. - They originally emailed me, telling me to let them know if I was really interested in the vehicle because it would sell fast and that I should come in. Since going to the dealership & being blown off, the vehicle is STILL up online / the price has been raised / I have been spam emailed about the vehicle with no actual human responses to my sent emails / they have emailed & even called friends of mine trying to sell them the vehicle. I'm not sure if they just want to get people in the door or if they just didn't want a cash deal for the online price. I will say the recall is real, but I have other dodge dealerships reaching out to me to sell me the same vehicle, so I guess I'll see if they will take the cash or if I need to finance to get a dealership to sell me a vehicle. More
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! My first experience with this place I had the displeasure of running into a manager named Abby. She was extremely condescending, rude, unprofessional and aggressive. At with this place I had the displeasure of running into a manager named Abby. However, I did not because I negotiated to my price after they realized I was not just a young uneducated 26 year old and I actually knew the appropriate price of the vehicle I wanted. So, I bought a certified pre owned vehicle from them. About a month later, (only my second time on the highway) a piece from the wheel well flew off my jeep on the highway. I had to pull over to go get the piece. My boyfriend called them to explain what happened. We were told they were working at very limited capacity due to COVID. My boyfriend explained that this piece needed to be replaced at cost of the dealer and we assured that they would take care of it in a few weeks..... So, a few weeks went by and we contacted them, we were told to bring it in the next day. Well, we were greeted by a man in the service department who had no idea how to accommodate us. The situation was explained to him and he could not grasp the concept, instead he was extremely nasty. My boyfriend demanded to speak to someone that could actually give us an answer as to what we should do. My boyfriend was directed to the used car manager, PJ, in the show room. This guy was reluctant to even hear our story, but decided to split cost with me on a new piece to be installed. When my boyfriend made it very clear that he was not going to pay for a piece that flew off of a certified pre owned vehicle with 30,000 miles on that we just bought.... this idiot decided to chime in. Chris Forzani, and his wise mouth decided to disrespectfully mumble under his breathe. Saying things like "Brand new car? Yeah right, 2016 isn't a brand new car." When my boyfriend said "Excuse me? This was a certified car" Christopher decided to respond with, "What does that even mean?" I guess this dealership has no intention of baking their CERTIFIED product. Then, this guy became extremely aggressive. He was accusing us of taking the vehicle off roading, hitting a pothole, and possibly even getting into an accident. Mind you, this man had not even seen the car. And if he had, he would see that it was the plastic piece that lines the wheel well of a Jeep Grand Cherokee just completely ripped off. There was no evidence of any damage, BECAUSE AS WE SAID IT LITERALLY JUST FLEW OFF!!! Now at this point, Crazy Chris Forzani is screaming at my boyfriend calling him "Crazy" and telling him to "F*** off." Mind you, my boyfriend is one of the most non-confrontational people I know. After my boyfriend expressed his knowledge on car dealerships and not to treat him like he was a child, Mr. Forzani decided to finally look at my car and agreed to have a "newer piece put on". GUESS HE FINALLY REALIZED A NEW PIECE WAS WARRANTED. BUT WAIT!!!!!! THERE'S MORE!!!!!!!!!! Long story short, they put the same piece we brought in back on. When we called them to tell them that they completely lied to us, PJ, expressed there was a miscommunication between him and the service department. Everytime you call you will notice you get transferred at least 3 times because they are an awful run dealership and have no communication. So, we had to go back to have a "newer piece back on." In the end, I got a newer piece on my car. However, you should be warned that they took that piece off of another vehicle to put on mine. I would not doubt that my piece fell off because they tinkered with my Jeep before I bought it. Completely unprofessional and frankly disgusting. These people treated us like children although I am a teacher and my boyfriend is a business owner. Shame on you Chris Forzani for having such a disgusting deminor towards people. More

The facility was immaculate and they had a great selection of cars to choose from, both new AND used. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. I worked closely with Vinny Mazzilli, Chris Forzani, and Joe Gorr; all super cool, informed, down to earth guys. They (And I’m sure any of the other staff members) will work with you very patiently and try to find a price that works for you. And i can say from my experience that they worked to get me a deal better than I expected. These guys are GREAT. I highly recommend that you check out this dealership if you’re interested in a new or used dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler vehicle. I will be returning to this location for any and all maintenance needed for my new vehicle because of the top notch customer service. Do yourselves a favor.. avoid the other pushy, quick to sell dealerships (like I went to first) and give these guys a shot. The shopping experience is just as important as the purchase itself. This dealership will not disappoint you. More

I came in and ordered my challenger exactly how I wanted it and received it within the time frame, how I always dreamed! I wasn’t forced to compromise for something else on the lot like other dealers and sa it and received it within the time frame, how I always dreamed! Sold my car, wasted my time, blamed it on me The experience we had recently at this dealership was awful. First of all they advertised a lower price online that they were willing to sell the car for stating that it was a mistake. Second, having overcome that error, we put a deposit on a car that they managed to sell to someone else. We never found out until we spent 2 hours at the dealership filling out paperwork to pick up the car. Third, they tried to sell us another car that was damaged & yet another one with way more mileage than we wanted. They claimed that we were benefiting from getting a better price for a "better" car. Fourth, they accused us of trying to take advantage of them! We wanted compensation for the errors but that wasn't their plan. Fifth, they accused my wife and I for being bad parents because we got "huffy" in front of our 16 year old son. Honestly I have never seen such a circus as I did in this dealership. They wasted 5 hours of our time and we will have no new car. Additionally, WE had to cancel the insurance that we had on the car they sold. WE had to contact the credit card company to release the hold of the $500 deposit. WE had to initiate all subsequent phone calls.. THEY did nothing! More
