If I could give this dealership ZERO stars, I would. I purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee from this dealership in June after being referred by a friend. It was a certified pre owned, under factory warranty, and was a lease trade in with 24k miles so I trusted it was a good car. Since purchasing the vehicle it has spent more time with their service department then in my possession. EVERYTHING has gone bad in the car from multiple faulty after market parts to finding out the entire electrical system needed to be replaced after bringing it in 8 times complaining about the vehicle not starting. The service department had the nerve to tell me it was not their fault and I needed to have patience. I have expressed my dissatisfaction and even tried returning the car as I don't feel safe driving it and bought this to have a safe reliable car. I have owned 3 jeeps prior and all three combined didn't cost as much as I paid for the down payment on this Jeep alone nor gave me nearly as many problems. They don't back their vehicles. I didn't even think it was even possible to purchase a lemon as a certified pre owned, but here I am. More

John M. is phenomenal! He is so refreshing and everything you would want in a car merchant, due to his experience. From the moment that we walked in to Route 130 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, John was so kind and you would want in a car merchant, due to his experience. From the moment that we walked in to Route 130 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, John was so kind and patient with me. I was uneasy upon arrival about the car buying process but John remained professional, accommodating and personable. Sean the finance guy rocks too! I highly recommend this establishment if you are in the market. I appreciate you John & Team! More
My husband bought his Jeep Grand Cherokee from John E. and had a great experience. Because of this, I came back when it was time to trade in my lease. When I arrived and asked for John E., I was told that and had a great experience. Because of this, I came back when it was time to trade in my lease. When I arrived and asked for John E., I was told that he was on vacation, and they didn't know when he'd be back. (Sounds like maybe he left?) So I ended up talking with John M. We were there for about 2 hours and were told they couldn't do anything to get me to the payment I was looking for. This was fine, knowing the car shortage and car companies taking advantage. So, disappointed, I left... However, I get a phone call about 30 minutes later asking how many miles were on my current lease, and if it was below 36K, they could work something out with equity in the car. Where was that conversation while I was at the dealership? I arrived back at the dealership a few hours after I had first arrived. Then, I was sent on the test drive by myself. I'm not sure why. This is in stark contrast to how John E. went through all the features of the car and getting my husband's car setup. For me, it felt like a "Quick. Let's get this done and get her out the door." It was not the above and beyond experience my husband got. The insurance stuff wasn't taken care of properly. John M never called the insurance company while I was there. My husband had to call about it that evening. I get a text a few days later about an insurance binder and a phone call a few days after that about getting something with the coverage changed at 7:15 at night. Then there was the suggestion that I take care of it in the next 45 minutes before he leaves work. This should have been taken care of when the lease was signed. If enough attention had been paid at the start, I wouldn't have been back at the dealership so late. Maybe there would have been more time and less pressure to get things wrapped up. I think it was a poor job by a substandard (or maybe just inexperienced) sales guy. It has soured my experience. It sounds as though there are some great sales people working there. John M just isn't one of them. More

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. This establishment is SHADY. I went there with full intentions of buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I had been researching this vehicle for a couple months establishment is SHADY. I went there with full intentions of buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I had been researching this vehicle for a couple months & was ready to buy one. I went on the lot & saw one I had liked , the sticker price on the vehicle ( THE MSRP PRICE) was 55k, which was in my price range. Matthew rebstok approached me on the lot, let me test drive & when I asked him about features about the vehicle he had no answers for me… which is strange because I thought if you’re selling something you would be more knowledgeable about the product you’re selling ? ( he even claimed that he owns one himself ) That was my first red flag. I had mentioned that 55k is a reasonable price for a vehicle like this ( compared to Chevy Tahoe’s/ Lincoln navigators) & he agreethat price was reasonable. I had told him I was ready to talk numbers & went inside. Now I’ve been an accountant for 3 years now , so when it comes to numbers/ money… I’m pretty knowledgeable. We sat down, he ran my credit immediately ( second red flag) before even getting in a ball park of a number… then comes back with the starting price of the vehicle at 62k!!! A 7k difference from the MSRP price on the vehicle & what we had spoken about previously on the lot !!! I went back on the lot to check the sticker , and IT WAS GONE. S H A D Y! I confronted Matthew about it & he said well, the price has changed, we’re adding things to the vehicle… mind you things I did not want / request !!! He continued to talk down to me saying that what I wanted for my monthly payment was “unreasonable” & “foolish” because these are numbers & numbers are simple. As a young woman, who has experienced in accounting- I felt very disgusted with his behavior. I kept trying to nicely tell him no that I’m not going to buy now because of the huge price difference. Then a lady from the financing department comes over and tries to “ persuade “ me to change my mind. She was very rude and would talk over me & wouldn’t let no be! She even had the nerve to rudely say “ well you said you were going to buy today ?!?!!!!” my mom was with me for back up ( because I’m still only 23) just in case something like this would happen & she jumped in to say “it’s her money she can do what she wants!” & the woman still continued to push me . I felt like they were trying to take advantage of my age & trying to corner me to buy this vehicle unreasonably. So I left, didn’t speak to a manager or anything because clearly if this is going on, the manager doesn’t care either, so I decided to not even waste my breath & just LEAVE. Now , after reading plenty of reviews similar to mine , with the shadiness of the sticker price “ mysteriously” changing, I’m glad I left & didn’t get sucked in ! I later went to BUHLER Jeep in Hazlet Nj, where I did purchase the same vehicle I was going to at this dealership until I was treated poorly. I also was able to get my payments in my “ unreasonable “ & “foolish” range, because guess what, numbers are numbers, you just don’t know how to add. : Save your time & your money. These people are ungrateful & rude.i also learned from an experienced dealership owner, that pulling a sticker from a vehicle that a customer is looking to buy, is ILLEGAL. More
