The most dishonest management I’ve seen yet. Hiding and mislabeling fees until the end of the negotiation. Lowballing car prices and then racking on un-negotiable costs. 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited Very Poor Customer service. One of the worst experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. It started with the dealership tacking on thousands to the purchase price that service. One of the worst experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. It started with the dealership tacking on thousands to the purchase price that was discussed over the phone for maintenance that they did to the vehicle and want to pass 100% of the cost on to me. I was coming from 1 hour and 45 min away. They also wanted to pass on $2000+ that was the certification process for the warranty theat they stated it already had. I should of known there and walked away. 1st dealt with Matthew Rebstock(Salesman). Good guy to talk to. Had very little power to make any decisions. Very quickly got to the floor manager. We then discussed the pricing discrepencies and it did not take to long and the $5000+ that they were trying to tack on went away and I agreed that I would pay $1000 for the veficle to have a certified warranty through Chrysler that was listed on the vehicle. We agreed on a purchase price and the additional $1000 for the certified warranty. They they sent me to Pete Scalesci (Finance). The numbers were already agreed upon (Purchase Price, Interest Rate, Warranty) and then he asked me if they could change the bank who it was financed through because it was better for them, It would not change my payment even though a higher rate. They manipulated the numbers to make it work for them. I was picking up the vehicle the next day and was told the certified warranty information may be available to me then. Upon picking up the vehicle I asked for the warranty information. "It was not updated in the computer yet" I drove the vehicle 1 hour and 45 min home. Called the dealership back to try to talk to Pete Scalesci he did not pick up so I talke to the salesman and manager again. He assured me the warranty info just had to go through the system and would be emailed to me. 3 months later (Today) I still have no tags for my vehicle and no warranty information. I have tried to contact Pete Scalesci 5 times and he has not called me back. Donna who works in the office has been very helpful even leaving messages for Pete form me but still to no avail I have no answers, no tags, no warranty information. Managers are apparently "To Busy" to call me back. Pete Scalesci will not return any phone calls. I have bought 15+ vehicles in my lifetime and none have been as frustrating as delaing with Route 130 in Robbinsville. Not sure how they do business but this is not how I do business. If they want to remedy this situation it would be nice to hear from someone besides Donna who has tried to help Matt Rice 302 893 7695 More

A simple problem with We were just looking but she fell in love with a Jeep cherokee. So she purchased the car. A day later The engine light went on. A simple problem with the oil pump. Then four other things broke while in service. Finally got the car back after three days. Engine light comes back on. A day later. Back into the shop. For a two hour job fix emissions canister. They said they would fix the broken overhead moon roof that would take 15 hrs.while it is in. Five days later still not fixed and no call with updates. Finally I call after five days- it will take three more days to fix. So basically they have had the car more than my daughter purchased on August 13 . Still has. It driven it more than two days. She has had a horrible experience and has not even had time to enjoy the car. Reached out to the salesman asking for help twice- never returned my call Buyer beware ….. faulty car, bad service, poor communication. I would not recommend anyone to buy !!!!!!! More
