Saw the price online. Went in and test drove the car. When we asked why the price on the window of this used car was $13,000 more than the price online we were told “if Went in and test drove the car. They expected us to pay more for a 5 year old vehicle than a brand new one. The original sticker was for $11,000 less than the price they wanted. When we told them we wouldn’t pay more than the online price they said “that’s more than we bought it for”. These guys are flat out overpriced. I went to another dealer and got the same vehicle with some additional options for less than their “internet price”. More

I brought my 2020 gladiator to them to fix the well-known water leaking issue (from the hard roof) before, but found it still leaking. On Feb. 25 2022, Friday, I called them, told them I was there before to fix the water leaking problem, but looked like the water leaking problem was still there. I was given another appointment on next Friday, Mar 4, 2022 Friday. I also offered to drop my vehicle in, to give them more time, more flexibility. On Friday morning, I made all my efforts to drop in my vehicle on time. Actually I was 5-10 minutes late to drive my kid to school because of the drop in. However 10 minutes later after I dropped my vehicle and left, they called and told me that the guy to fix the water leaking would not come Friday, only come on Monday. What a trouble, I took all efforts to make appointment, drop my vehicle, only 10 minuets you told me I was in wrong day! I was asked to leave the vehicle there for the whole week and then get it back next week. I really cannot. Wife was traveling next week. I did not have a ride to pick up my vehicle back. This is the family which both husband and wife are working and busy with two kids to be taken care of. If any service advisor cares, and pay as little attention as possible, the trouble can be avoid. There are at least two chances where this trouble can be stopped, one when I called as I did clearly mentioned that I wanted to fix the water leaking problem again, next when I dropped my vehicle, but just looks like nobody cares you till the last minute when the trouble happens...
