Giving one star because I can’t give zero. This place has a bunch of crooks. Sold us a car with issues and tried for weeks to get in touch with our sales person and never responded back. They didn’t even want to repair the vehicle and when they finally took a look at it, they wanted to charge us. Super friendly and quick to sell the car but as soon as it was sold they no longer cared about anything. They made their money and then off to the next victim. Please be carefu. More
So after I traded a car that I got at this dealer I went to get help in a GAP insurance refund on Nov 4 2023 ( after I called this guy name Pete never answer me So decided to go to dealer in person) anyway to get help in a GAP insurance refund on Nov 4 2023 ( after I called this guy name Pete never answer me So decided to go to dealer in person) anyway I went and Pete was not available until 11 am I got there around 9 am So I spoke with a manager name Ian he left the paper work on Pete desk saying we will make sure Pete finish the proccess so I trusted him and I left ..days past i tried to call Pete again ...not anwers again..today February 5 2024 I was checking the paper ..found GAP insurance company then I called the company the told me the did not get any request from the dealer about GAP insurance refund they told me the GAP was not active idk what is that mean anyway I call Pete of course not respond I called Ian the manager nothing either So here I am complained I got a 2020 Toyota Yaris from them oohh but we I gave them my downpayment of $4500 they where happy now they dont even pick the phone to do me a favor..im Ernesto Z by the way More
I just came back from my 3 1/2 hr service. Oil change and tire rotation. I have served my Jeep here before and it’s never been so bad. Even though I live in East Hanover, NJ I went to Robbinsville to purchase a new Dodge RAM 1500 (limited). I was greeted at the door by Junior Rodrguez. He was friendly knowledgeable and not at all pushy or rude like the salespeople in East Hanover. The whole experience was just exceptional. I told junior what I wanted in my new truck and he came back with several options, and we settled on one that I just loved. His patience and willingness to work with was quite amazing. In the interest of keeping this review short, I purchased the truck, AND Junior delivered the new truck to my house the very next day. GREAT work Junior, you're an asset to your dealership. I purchased a vehicle - cash deal on February 11 2023. It has been nearly three months without receiving valid tags, registration, title. Run far and run fast from this dealership. We bought a 2020 Subaru outback with very low mileage, seemed to be a nice car, it looked great to us. We gave the dealership asking price after catching them in a lie about trying to charge us $2500 in service fees which they never performed. After we purchased it, we realized they had lied about it being a Subaru certified vehicle. The salesman, John, and the finance manager, I think his name is Sean, no one gave us their business cards, both lied and said that the dealership owned a Subaru dealership and were able to offer a Subaru certified extended warranty. In truth, they hand on the Subaru dealership in over two years and the warranty they were peddling was their own. Had to literally fight them for an additional key. We took the car to reedman, which is a reputable dealer. They hooked it up to their diagnostic and found that the window was broken. The computer system was broken fortunately under new car warranty that was part of the $2500 service lie. The sales manager ,John told us right to our face. “Please give me a bad review I have 1000 bad reviews I’ll get 1000 good reviews it doesn’t make any difference“. If you like doing business like you’re in a shady roadside dealership in 1959 kicking tires and trading insults this is the dealership for you. More
