Shopping for a new vehicle is stressful for a reason. Unfortunately, buying a car is not as straightforward as buying groceries. With that being said, I had an INCREDIBLE experience at Route 128 Honda. I knew what I could afford, but I wasn't sure if I could make the Ridgeline I wanted work within the budget I had. John, Sebastian, and Dan literally would not let me leave until I got the deal I wanted. Once that happened, Mark and Chad in finance made putting pen to paper easy. It was a pleasure talking to each of them, so much so that if I could not have made a Ridgeline work financially, sticking with them and buying a different Honda within my budget would've been a no-brainer. I am looking forward to not needing a new vehicle for a long, long time, but if for some reason I should find myself on the market for a car sooner rather than later, I would not hesitate to give Route 128 Honda my business. More

I had a 9:00 appointment for an oil change, As usual I arrived early and I thought I would wait but I was told I checked drop off instead. Fine, I asked how long it would take and was told 2 hours. After almost 3 hours later I had called to find out the status of my car. I was bounced around and transferred at least 4 time to the service area and no one was picking up any phones. I called again and the girl felt bad for me and stated this kind of Situation was happening all morning so she transferred me to the managers phone, I think his name is Ed, not sure anyhow I left a voice message stating I had to be some where important by 1:00 and please let me know my car status. I got nO return call. Well I called my sister and she picked me up and drove me to pick up my car. Well low and behold I saw my car sitting there all done and when I walked into the service area there was no customers and the girls were sitting at one persons desk chatting . So no one called me to let me know when my car was ready, no one answered the phone the several times I called. I was very nice I asked if my car was ready and the girl got my paperwork ready, I paid and left. I did not even ask why no one called me etc. so I usually give 5 star rating but as you can see I really got lousy service and to wait 3 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I have about $1000.00 or more of service that I need done and we’ll I am sure you can figure that one out. If I knew it was to take that long I would have rescheduled. Any how that was my Saturday morning ordeal with Ira Honda. . More

The main reason we stay loyal is because of the professional service we receive from Leah Blackler. She is very attentive, knowledgeable, responsive and always does what is right for the customer. This dealership is blessed to have an employee like Leah, which is very hard and rare to find. Anytime we have an issue with one of our vehicles we can always count on Leah. I would highly recommend any Honda owner in getting their vehicle serviced at this location and dealing with Leah. Thank you Leah for all that you do and keeping our family safe. More
