I went to the store on August 8th at 8:00 pm, found a car that I really liked, we did a test drive, signed some papers and left $2000 down payment and would come back the next day to leave another $4000 afte that I really liked, we did a test drive, signed some papers and left $2000 down payment and would come back the next day to leave another $4000 after confirmation of approval of the financing which would be done by my Tax ID Number. The next day I sent the bank statements to the manager. On Wednesday (less than 48 hours) they called me saying everything was ok. When I arrived, they made up several excuses (first they said that the bank had not approved the car I had chosen, but that they would approve another car, second they said that after 48 hours of waiting their system released the car for sale), but they brought me two different cars with a higher value than the one I had chosen and, it had not been 48 hours since I first went to the store. I don't know if my money is different from other people's, or if it's my immigration status, or if they just acted in bad faith, because even the documents they gave me to sign were for a different car than the one I had done the Test drive. I believe and hope that it was just an occasional occurrence, because there are people from my country who work there. More

Great car, great deal, great sales staff. I purchased a preowned Toyota RAV4. Vehicle was in great shape and offered according to Carfax as a great deal. The experience working with Marco, Paul, John, and Michael the sales manager was marked by graciousness and professionalism. While I had other options for cars from other dealers, I am so glad that I wound up with my RAV4 from them because of my satisfaction with the car, the price, and my treatment from the staff at 128 Honda. Absolutely awful experience with this dealership! !! My husband spoke to Vincent on Wednesday 4/26 about a used car they had for sale and my husband said he wanted to put a deposit on it but couldn' !! My husband spoke to Vincent on Wednesday 4/26 about a used car they had for sale and my husband said he wanted to put a deposit on it but couldn't come up until Saturday because we live over an hour away. Vincent advised that a deposit wasn't necessary because there had not been any "action" on the car. My husband said that he didn't want them to sell the car to someone else and "Vinny" assured him that they wouldn't. On Thursday, 4/27, my husband called again to discuss the price of the car and to put a deposit on it because we decided we definitely wanted to buy it for our son as a graduation gift from BOOT CAMP in two weeks. He spoke with Sara and after a few calls back and forth, they agreed on a purchase price over the phone and set an appointment to sign and pick up the car on Saturday, 4/29. Sarah advised us (we were both on the call) that she would put a for sale sign on it and to ask for her when we came in Saturday at 3:30. Today, 4/28, my husband received a voicemail from "Vinny" saying that a deal was being made in the showroom at the same time we were on the phone making the deal with Sara and the vehicle was sold to someone else!!! We do not believe that to be true because the girl who answers the phone at the dealership said that the vehicle was sold "last night" and we made the deal with Sara in the early afternoon! To say a deal was stolen from us and Sara is an understatement and her associate should be ashamed of his immoral behavior!! Not to mention, that's what you do to someone who is in training to fight for our country!!!!!! Absolutely unprofessional and a true showing of a snake in the grass! I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND THE AG TODAY!! More
