Since I had such a great experience with Rob in sales, I decided to try the service department at Prime Honda 128 as well. There are Honda dealerships much closer to my home, but Prime is worth the drive every time. I've worked with Chuck, Leah, and others in the service department and they've always treated me well, resolved any maintenance issues with my vehicle, and been honest and fair with prices and service scope. I've even had Prime refer me to do certain maintenance services outside of the dealership to save me money. Prime Honda 128 has earned my loyalty from Sales to Service--I don't plan on going anywhere else for my Honda buying and servicing needs. More

Extremely dishonest Terrible experience. They promised a price by email and when I visited the dealer to finish the purchase, the price was not honored, despite me bringi Terrible experience. Fortunately, there are 40+ Honda dealers in the region to avoid thieves like this. More

Left a second message for Carl a few days afterwards, still not call back. Emailed Carl, no response. Called back a few days later and left a message for the GM (Mike T) to please have someone else call me back to work with me on my lease buyout quote. Nothing. I have leased no less than 6 vehicles from this dealership in the past 10 years, and this is the way they treat people. Stay far away Carl, Mike and the entire dealership More
