We just purchased a 2017 Lexus 300IS from Prime Honda in Reading Massachusettes. Jeremy was our sales person and was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all. This is my fourth lease with Prime Honda 128. The service was excellent, efficient, and complete. I was there for about 2 hours- turned in my car and drove home with my new leased car. Rob Giovannu service was excellent, efficient, and complete. I was there for about 2 hours- turned in my car and drove home with my new leased car. Rob Giovannucci was my sales rep. Great guy, no hassles, and upfront. He coordinated the entire experience from selecting the car, arranging all the financial aspects, registry and insurance, and getting me out the door and home in time for supper. I highly recommend Rob and this dealership. More
What a rude, demeaning personality. He was yelling in front of his employees and customers at me for arguing that my first oil change must be free as promised for my brand new Honda. The agent was worse which it not surprising when you see your boss acting and behaving like that. Literally a customer came out after to tell me his story outside and the only reason he still goes there is because he is handicapped and he cannot drive far. He felt the same about the rudeness and disrespect of that team there. Ed’s business card is saying Director which funny to see such a title with those low standards and behaviors. I’ve never felt so disrespected as I have felt today. Embarrassing and definitely not a good representation for Honda. More

My father who speaks very little English went to get an estimate done because the AC in his car was suddenly not working. All he asked was to see what was wrong with the AC. They made him wait three hours and gave him a list of things that was deficient in his car and then charged him $140 for labor charges. My father said he will think about it, but they refused to give his keys back until he paid the $140. The work was not even done yet nor did my father ask them to run a diagnosis test on his car and they charged him $140. My father was furious and asked for explanation. The service person Leah refused to see my father and ignored him. Then a guy tried to “muscle” my poor father and told him if he doesn’t pay then he doesn’t get the keys to his car. This was very disrespectful. We have bought all of our cars from Prime and also do all of our oil changes and maintenance at this location. We thought we can trust their service by bringing the car to Prime Honda in Reading, MA as soon as we saw an issue with the AC. The service person was absolutely unprofessional and tried to charge us for everything. If they were going to charge him for the estimate, the proper way is to inform the customer first about the charge before they begin their work. They made my father wait three hours running all series of diagnostic on the car, then came up with thousands of dollars as an estimate then charged my father $140 for not doing the work with them. I will make sure I tell everyone not to go to this location. Horrible service and charge you for something without informing you. More
