Dropped off our car on a Monday for service and inspection sticker. Nicole M promptly communicated and let me know we needed a repair for our sticker to be done. Brought 2020 Honda Pilot in for a warranty issue repair with the speakers, was told it would take a day to get done along with an oil change and tire rotation. They didn’t have enough connectors for the sp with the speakers, was told it would take a day to get done along with an oil change and tire rotation. They didn’t have enough connectors for the speakers so they gave us a rental to use until the parts showed up the next morning. Next day comes and nobody reaches out to us to let us know what is going on, we called in the afternoon and they said it should be ready by the end of the day. They called at 5 saying it was ready for pickup and when we went to get it the dash board was messed up where you could see the areas they pried up. They sent us home with the rental, we reached out the next day and were told the manager is dealing with it but we never heard from the manager or anyone else. Once again we called back and they said the car will be there for at least a couple of days because they were bringing in an outside contractor to fix the dashboard. Next day they call saying the car is ready, we go to pick it up and you can see where they “fixed” the issue and it looks like they heated the spot on the dash and just tried to smooth it out. Tried calling the service manager Ed later that day (Thursday) and left a voicemail. He never called back but I’m not surprised because communication does not seem to be their strong point. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP unless you like hacks working on your car and brining a perfect interior in that will no longer be perfect when you get it back. Even the service rep Cassandra wasn’t helpful and seemed more worried about getting out of there by 4 because her day was over. Lesson learned the hard way unfortunately. More

Our experience at this dealership started out positive but ended badly, due to them raising the price on the 2018 Certified Honda Odyssey EX-L after we looked at it. We weren't ready to commit on the fir but ended badly, due to them raising the price on the 2018 Certified Honda Odyssey EX-L after we looked at it. We weren't ready to commit on the first visit, and asked for a day to think it over and to assess our trade-in. Unfortunately, after they left the price of the vehicle was raised overnight $1200 even though nothing changed with the vehicle- it was already prepared for sale, certified and ready. They claimed that rising demand meant they could ask more, and when I asked if they'd honor our original deal, they declined. Its likely they will get the price they are now asking for the Odyssey, due to market demand, its just disappointing that they chose this path as a business practice. More
