In summary, we had a bad experience which guarantees that we will likely never do business here again. The dealership was trying to push me to buy Gap, which we declined. When we asked to inspect the “new brakes” which they claimed had been installed, they declined to allow us into their service shop, citing “OSHA” safety rules. Ironically, the “new tires” they put on the car we purchased had the worst safety reviews online (based on several hundred reviews)...so much for “OSHA” safety rules. It was all about the money and not about the safety. Buyers beware! More
The salesman, Jeremy Kelley was very nice . He worked with me to get a HRV that fit my budget. I had two safety recalls done today plus a oil change that was on special. Work was done timely and Nicole was great! I was kept up with status of repairs and was called when my car was ready. Mind-blowingly bad experience. Lack of transparency with price I was to be charged was followed up by no return phone calls for weeks. I live only a few miles away and own 2 Hondas I purchased before Ira took over this dealership but will never step foot in this dealer again. I have let Honda Corporate know how embarrassed they should be by Ira Honda. More
