My father and I both purchased new Hondas in mid-July 2010. My dad purchased a silver CRV LX and I purchased a silver Civic LX. I found that the trade in values for both our VW Jetta station wagons were 2010. My dad purchased a silver CRV LX and I purchased a silver Civic LX. I found that the trade in values for both our VW Jetta station wagons were fair and that the overall purchase prices of our new Honda's met our research expectations (and actually came in lower than we expected). Further, our sales representative, Eric Gurry, was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, as were the rest of the staff that we interacted with. It was a real pleasure to buy new vehicles from Eric Gurry and the Honda Gallery. The facility itself was sparkling and, in general, both my dad and I are glad to be back with Honda. More
I have been very pleased with the purchase of the Lexus that Chris Catino sold me last week. He was very patient with my brother and I even though we had one million questions. I would definitely recommend that Chris Catino sold me last week. He was very patient with my brother and I even though we had one million questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Chris to other people who are looking to buy a car. More
My experience with Honda Gallery was great! Chris & Carlo made me feel at ease buying the Ridgeline and were very helpful showing the truck. Casey Tong is an excellent salesman. I came into the dealership very uncertain about what I wanted to do at the end of my lease. Casey took the time to review all of my options. He ran the numbers for dealership very uncertain about what I wanted to do at the end of my lease. Casey took the time to review all of my options. He ran the numbers for me and helped me find an option that would allow me to achieve the monthly payments I needed. He was very patient and gave me the time to make my decision and process all the options. I recommend him highly. More
I just leased my first new car and definitely did my homework before I decided on anything. I compared the prices at the Honda Gallery to Bernardi Honda and even went to Bernardi where I was lied to and homework before I decided on anything. I compared the prices at the Honda Gallery to Bernardi Honda and even went to Bernardi where I was lied to and treated like I was unintelligent. I came back to the Honda Gallery because they treated me right from the very beginning and ultimately gave me the best price on a 2010 Honda CR-V, EXL model. My salesman was Chris Catino who was a sweetheart and really took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The manager, Chuck, was also an incredibly nice man who gave me the best deal possible and always greeted me with a smile on his face. I never felt like they were being pushy or forcing me into anything that I did not want. I will recommend the Honda Gallery to everyone I know. The wait time was a little long for the finance department (upwards of an hour), but they said they are in the process of hiring a new finance person. I encourage anyone reading this who is interested in a Honda to buy from the Honda Gallery. It was a wonderful experience. More

This is our 5th Honda purchase/lease. We have used 2 other dealers in the past. Our experience with Honda Gallery North was fabulous. All of the staff was friendly, courteous & eager to assist us with other dealers in the past. Our experience with Honda Gallery North was fabulous. All of the staff was friendly, courteous & eager to assist us without the sell sell sell mentality. The purchasing process was so easy & smooth. I typically hate buying a new car, but the staff at Honda Gallery North made it fun & stress-free even with our 4 yr old in tow. We are a Honda family for sure and definately a Honda Gallery North family now! More
My car search lasted 1 month, during which time I visited many dealers (Honda and others). I settled on the Honda Accord and received good quotes from several Honda dealers, but when it came time to buy it w many dealers (Honda and others). I settled on the Honda Accord and received good quotes from several Honda dealers, but when it came time to buy it was the end to end experience working with Chris Kelleherr that made the difference. He was courteous, patient and responsive to my emails (which was an effective way for me to communicate). He talked me through the buy versus lease decision, explained all the options and took me on test drives without any sales pressure. Overall, it was a great experience which I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new Honda. Thanks Chris! More
Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was shown some other cars but was not at all pressured to purchase any of them, just given options. At first they didn't have the accommodating. I was shown some other cars but was not at all pressured to purchase any of them, just given options. At first they didn't have the car I was looking for but when one became available I was notified. More
### DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT HONDA GALLERY FOR SERVICE ### I've stopped at Honda Gallery for service and parts a few times. Today was the last. There is a staging garage in front where customers pull ### I've stopped at Honda Gallery for service and parts a few times. Today was the last. There is a staging garage in front where customers pull their cars in. Soon as I step out, an anxious man asked if I was there for service. I have an 2004 civic and the clutch has squeaked for a long time now. I am sure the master cylinder is the problem so I tell the man I am looking for a quote to change it out and a quote to change out the shoes for the rear drum brakes. He was impatient, rude, and tried to rush me out of the garage, explaining they don't have anyone to do mechanical work [it's saturday]. I calmly ask if a mechanic could spend a few minutes to verify the clutch problem before I purchase the part or commit to any work. He then says, "the truth is all my mechanics are here today but we are only doing service work." I never asked to have work done. He makes a half-assed attempt to look up the labor rates for the brakes a clutch cylinder. Seems like no matter the task, their minimum rate is $200 (excluding parts). I ask the man if he could step on the clutch a couple times so I can stick my ear near the cylinder and listen (the car is 5 feet away). He basically says get your car out here. I can understand if they were swamped, but I was the only car in the garage that holds about 8 to 10 cars. I got an overpriced oil change at this place about 6 months ago. I specifically asked them to not wash car. They washed it...and reset BOTH my trip mileage, which I use to track fuel for work. On another occasion, I had them swap summer tires to winter. Despite the correct tire location being marked with a grease pen, they managed to screw that up and failed to clean the wheel before placing the weights. I noticed in the parking lot, one wheel weight was about to fall off. They just built this dealer and the size is impressive and looks very clean. Pretty sure it was previously "Honda Barn" in Reading. I suggest you find a local mechanic and develop a long relationship with them. You will save boatloads of cash. If you must use a Honda Dealer in this area, stick to Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington. They aren't much better, but charge significantly less than Honda Gallery, have most of the same crew for the last six years, and there is a nice strip mall across the street with an Outback and Panera if you have to leave your car for a few hours. Take my advice. More
