I went to Honda Gallery to buy a used car. The Gallery has pretty good deals on the cars and its nice how they can service it for you right there. Luckily for me Eric Gurry was my salesman. First off I just want to say that i was very impressed when I first saw the inside of the dealership practically brandnew and very clean bright atmosphere. The thing I liked the most was that it was pouring rain when I picked up my car and i got to see how everything worked in my car clean and dry in a garage right off of the showroom. I went to this dealership after talking with another dealer. I had gotten a price for the new car from both ahead of time so I was mainly interested in the trade in value. Both dealerships gave me the same price initially for my trade-in, but I chose the Honda Gallery. I got about $900 more for my car than the other dealer was willing to give me. I thought Carlo was extremely friendly and helpful. The deal was made within an hour. Overall I felt better about the negotiating tactics that they used than with the other dealership. My only complaint was that I had to wait 1 1/2 hours to talk to the finance guy. If I had known it would be so long, I would have gone out to eat next door instead of waiting there for such a long period of time. But other than that, I thought everyone there was friendly and helpful. Especially Carlo. More
