My car was on its way out. The radiator had a crack in it and was leaking coolant everywhere, the brakes were shoddy, and there was no way that it was going to pass inspection. I walked into the dealership and when Chris came over to me I said, "My car is a piece of crap. Please help." And he did. I'm only 23, and this was my first "real" car purchase. I went into the dealership alone and I feel like it would have been very easy for a sales person to think, "this girl is young and has no idea what she's doing, so let's take advantage of that." Instead, Chris was very receptive of my needs and of my financial restrictions. He walked me through everything step-by-step, and ended up putting me in a car that exceeded my expectations. I felt comfortable talking to him and didn't feel like he was trying to push a car on me, but rather that he truly wanted to make sure that I got everything I wanted for the price I wanted. Emilio was great as well, working well past closing time to secure my financing and explain my warranty options. Financial genius that he is, he was able to find me a loan that I didn't need a co-signer for. With most of my immediate family about 300 miles away, this was extremely helpful. Overall, the Honda Gallery was an incredible experience. I really felt that the whole team was working for me and what I wanted and I never once felt pressured to buy something or make an uneducated decision. These guys are literally with you every step of the way from the purchase to the registration. They made buying my first car a piece of cake and I can't imagine ever buying a car anywhere else. More

I liked it. With the involvement of Carlo, we arrived at what I thought was a fair price for not only the CR-V LX but also my trade-in, a 1998 Accord. I happened to mention that I would have liked leather seats but was not going to pay the thousands of dollars that the package with the leather came with. They asked if I was willing to pay less than $1000 to have leather seats installed in the car I buy. I quickly agreed. I asked for the Urban Titanium and Sully said he would order it for me. It was near the end of the model year and a few days later he called to tell me that the dealer who promised that color had reneged. When I asked whether I should change my color request to one easier to find, Sully said that he was going to get me the color I wanted. A few days later the car arrived. I very much liked the Urban Titanium and a few days later, I drove it out of the showroom with its new leather seats perfectly matched to the interior. I also want to add that my interactions with George, a business manager, were professional and pleasant. After he described the various available service plans and I indicated that I was not interested in any of them at the present time, he accepted that. Having read about other buyers’ experiences, I have to say that I appreciate that at no time did I feel any pressure from George to purchase a plan. Since my purchase I have recommended Honda Gallery to family and friends and will continue to do so. More

My experience at Honda Gallery was great one! I consider myself an educated consumer when it comes to making a big purchase such as a car. It's very rare in my years of shopping for and purchasing new cars that I can honestly say I really liked the sales people at a car dealership. However, I really liked everyone here. This is a first rate operation and I highly recommend going here before purchasing a Honda. More

I was very pleased with their service, I just purchased a new 2010 Honda Accord; they gave me a great offer on the car and I went for it. On 09-22 my husband and I went to Honda Gallery to look at new 2010 Hondas. We test drove a Civic sedan and also an Accord sedan. When we decided on a white Accord Bill gave us what we think is a great deal. He walked us through all the steps of purchasing a new car and was very friendly but still professional. Emilio LoCilento took care of the financial aspect of the purchase of our new car and did a wonderful job too. Again he answered our many questions, was knowledgeable, pleasant,friendly and patient. He explained everything to us and offered but didn't push different options. Both gentlemen made our experience enjoyable and we will definitely refer our friends and family to them and to Honda Gallery ! The Honda Gallery in Reading was the first and only dealership we dealt with and we're glad that we did ! More
