My wife and I recently purchased a Honda Civic at Honda Gallery in Reading. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Carlo the sales manager runs an excellent department. Our salesman, Roberto, was extremely knowledgeable about the product and had a straight forward, no-pressure manner. He spent a huge amount of time upon delivery of the car going over the nuances of the buttons and gizmos of the vehicle. I’ve never had a sales-person be so thorough in making sure we felt comfortable with the car. Emilio LoCilento did the financial side of the purchase and did an outstanding job. He was patient, friendly and explained the options available in great detail. A real gentleman. All in all I would say that the experience we had at Honda Gallery was first-rate and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More

We didn't purchase the vehicle the same day we looked at and they never pressured us to buy it right then and there. We went back to purchase the vehicle a couple days later after taking some time to think about the options our salesman, Joe Casey, presented to us. We've never had such a great and friendly experience buying a car. And even though we purchased a pre-owned vehicle, they never treated us any different than if we were buying a new one. When I first showed up and test drove a Pilot, I was ready to buy. At first the price for my trade was extremely low. When I showed them what it was worth, they came up to the minimum of black book va ready to buy. At first the price for my trade was extremely low. When I showed them what it was worth, they came up to the minimum of black book value, so I took it and paid sticker price for Pilot. I did not have time to finish the paperwork, gave a deposit and the next day when I was to pick up the car, I would do the paperwork. I got a call the next day saying they had made a mistake and did not have title on the vehicle and I would have to wait a week. They sold me a vehicle that they did not have clear title on and I was not happy and told them that the deal was off. They said come in and they would try to fix it. How they tried to fix it was to sell me a car with 10k more miles, make it Certified (?) and add a DVD player for the same price I was buying the previous Pilot at. At the same time, I was on the phone with a friend to check the car fax...the car had been in an accident, and it wasn't disclosed and not sure if a dealer can certify a vehicle that was in an accident?? I said no deal and wanted my deposit back. My deposit check was not available because they deposited it into their bank and I would have to wait for the check to clear and then they would send me my money. I do not know how the dealership can operate like this, but I left there mentally exhausted. I would never do business with Honda Gallery. I went to Kelly Honda afterwards...please see my review on Kelly Honda in Lynn (the best!). More

Bill Higgins was extremely nice, not pushy and helped us find exactly the car we wanted. Carlo was very fair and provided us a great deal. Bill called us in the morning to help us organize and make sure we had contacted our insurance company and had all the information we needed. He followed up later in the afternoon to coordinate a good time to come by and pick up the car, at our convenience. Finally, once I arrived, he did yet another review of the car and identified a few small issues which he quickly remedied. By my calculations, he was on hour 9 or 10 of the day but he did not take any shortcuts in making sure the car met the quality standards he required. We were extremely happy with the service and would recommend Honda Gallery! More
