I was directed to Honda Gallery by my neighbor. I had prepared extensively before going into the dealership. Once we stepped into Honda Gallery, we met my neighbors sales consultant by the name of Bobby prepared extensively before going into the dealership. Once we stepped into Honda Gallery, we met my neighbors sales consultant by the name of Bobby Chin. Bobby, our salesperson was informative and answered all our questions with patience. We purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring. Bobby, again was patient helping set up our personal preferences and Bluetooth connections. This was a wonderful dealership. I went to about 5 dealerships, and the process of buying a car became quite tedious and frustrating. Just when I thought I had lost all hope, I checked out a car at Honda Gallery of Reading, MA. Brian Sullivan, or Sully as he is known, helped my wife and I out with our car and went above and beyond to attain our requests. The car was great after a few minor fixes that they gladly did for me, and delivered the vehicle washed, shiny and clean. They even put a full tank of gas in it as well! This was the nearest dealership to my home. So before going anywhere we stopped here. First of all we met Fred. He was really very nice with us. He gave us a test drive of one of the CRV and explained each and every details of it. Since I was buying a new car for the first time, I did not made any decision at that poin since I need to compare prices with other dealership and also I want to check other brand. But is seems that this dealership offer was quite appealing. The next time I went Fred was not working that day and I was working with Casey Tong. He is really one of the best sales people I ever met. He is very friendly and again he explained us everything about the car and we negotiated a great deal with him. It was almost the time for them to close when I visited second time still he gave us enough time and attention. Once the deal was final, we were supposed to come back next day for the financing paper work. Next day, Casey introduced us to their financing person named King. He helped us in getting all financing done. It was a wonderful buying experience with over here with such nice people. But this did not end. This experience was more beautiful with the follow up calls and mails from Casey Tong and also the manger. I really appreciate Casey Tong for helping us in buying this new CRV. More

I had to do nothing except read and sign papers and call my insurance company to inform them of the new car. I went to have my car serviced and was met by Leah Blacker who was very professional, friendly, gracious and accommodating. While I was waiting, I went over to their show room to see the Honda Insigh Blacker who was very professional, friendly, gracious and accommodating. While I was waiting, I went over to their show room to see the Honda Insight (which my daughter in-law had purchased). There I was greated by Casey Tong who asked "If he could meet my current payments would I be interested in trading in my 2008 Honda CRV for a 2011 CRV?". So the journey began. Casey met every one of my requirements, treated me professionally, with great respect and was extremely courteous. All of my questions were answered and all of my requirements and more were achieved. Off to finance where I met with King, who explained the financing, options and offered discounts that were very generous. The only option we could not agree upon was the remote starter. Paper work completed, new keys in hand, the Dealership Manager came over to see if I was pleased with my experience and were there any items that were not met. So I mentioned the remote started, told him what I could afford and he said "Not a problem". Got in my new CRV and drove home. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to trade-in a car or just purchase a new one. The experience there was amazing and I have dealt with a lot of car dealerships in my lifetime. More
