I went to the dealership looking for a used car $10,000 or less. While they did not have a car at that price, they did have a 2010 Mazda (not their specialty) and proceeded to take significant money off or less. With some money down and a trade-in of my old car, they got my monthly payments down to the amount I felt was manageable for my budget. I cost me a little more than the $10,000 I wanted to spend, but the deal for a newer car than I expected to find was good enough for me. More

I recently visited Honda Gallery to find out about leasing a Honda Accord. I met with Junior Rodriguez, the salesperson, who was very nice, informative and patient. He walked me through the benefits of leasing and also helped me narrow down the specific model I was interested in. During the time I visited other dealerships, Junior stayed in touch with me and was able to help me find the model I was looking for as well as helped me with negotiating the finance package that met my needs. Emilio Locilento and Rob Giovanucci were also great in helping with the financing aspect of my purchase. The three of them were a great team! Overall, I had a very good experience at Honda Gallery and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a Honda. More

After a test drive, I was convinced that this model would be a good fit for me. Not only did I receive a good value for my trade, but I also felt that the entire new-car buying process was made easy thanks to: Mr. Rodriguez; the staff in the Business Office; and the Sales Manager. I was very impressed with the sales staff(Brian McCaffrey) and the department managers I had met with throughout the buying process from start to finish. They were very informed about the questions I had about trading my car in with the new vehicle and I believe offered me the best trade value for my car. My experience there was very comfortable with no presure sales tactics or any convincing needed for me that this was the dealership I would want to purchase a vehicle from, in particluar the way everyone I had met with there made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. If you are looking for Honda, new or used, I highly recommend to check this dealership out, you will not be disappointed ! More
When you arrive they greet you and explain what will be done to your car. Went in for an oil change, they found an oil leak (which I suspected) since it would take a few hours to fix offered to drive me h done to your car. I received an Internet qoute on a 2011 CRV. When I arrived I was greeted by the Internet Sales Manager and introduced to the salesman. Junior was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me two models and explained the differences between the two. I chose my model and there was no pressure to go to a more expensive model. I was offered a good deal on my trade and they trew in the one option I wanted. I dropped the car off on a Monday to have fog lights installed. Coming back after work, Junior picked me up at the train station to bring me back to the dealership.so far, it has been a good experience from walking in the door to the completion of the sale. More

We received great treatment. Everything was explained to us in detail. The additional work we had done on the car was terrific. And the whole transaction was handled with ease. The dealership is in a great location: easily accessible by the MBTA commuter rail from downtown Boston (North Station) on the Haverhill/Reading lines. When we went to pick up the new car it was maybe a 15 minute walk from the Reading station. And it has a large service area that we are sure to use in the future to keep up with regular maintenance. We probabvly won't be in the market for a new car for several more years but this will be the first place on our list to check out the next time. More
