I went to the dealership looking for a used car $10,000 or less. While they did not have a car at that price, they did have a 2010 Mazda (not their specialty) and proceeded to take significant money off or less. I received an Internet qoute on a 2011 CRV. When I arrived I was greeted by the Internet Sales Manager and introduced to the salesman. Junior was friendly and knowledgeable. We received great treatment. Everything was explained to us in detail. The additional work we had done on the car was terrific. And the whole transaction was handled with ease. The dealership is in a great location: easily accessible by the MBTA commuter rail from downtown Boston (North Station) on the Haverhill/Reading lines. When we went to pick up the new car it was maybe a 15 minute walk from the Reading station. And it has a large service area that we are sure to use in the future to keep up with regular maintenance. We probabvly won't be in the market for a new car for several more years but this will be the first place on our list to check out the next time. More
