What's done is done. I got my vehicle and you got one more sales to add to your end of the month numbers if that is all that counts. Your sales team lost your dealership the potential of thousands of dollars though in maintenance and service revenue for the life of this car as I will not be bringing it there for servicing.

A follow-up to my review. I have owned my vehicle for almost 3 months now. When I purchased the vehicle a part was on back-order for an add-on I purchased. I am still waiting for the part. The dealership apparently does not feel the need to follow-up with customers after they have purchased a vehicle and got the sale. I have contacted the deaelership 3 times regarding the outstanding issue. 3 times I have gotten a response we will look into it. 3 times I have not gotten a response back!
