I went into the Honda dealership with bad credit, little hope for being able to puchase a better car, but a seroius need. This was my first purchase at a dealership and it was a very positive experience. He was very friendly and polite as well as informative and not pushy (which is a plus for me because I hate when salesmen try to pressure you into buying something). The thing that I liked most about Junior was that he seemed to really take an interest in me and held a conversation with me and did not seem worried about simply making a sale. I would definitely recommend buying a car at the Honda Gallery and will definitely look there in the future because of the friendly service and the non-pushy business style. I originally came in just to browse & get an idea of what I might want. Casey Tong came out right away & greeted me. He stated I was under no pressure to buy anything, but if I had an idea of what I was what I might want. Casey Tong came out right away & greeted me. He stated I was under no pressure to buy anything, but if I had an idea of what I was looking for, he could point me in the right direction. He noticed I was looking at the Honda FIT. He asked me if I wanted to take it for a test drive, again WITH no pressure. I want to stress that. I took the FIT out for a test drive & fell in love with the car. We talked about what I liked about the car & what I didn't. He sat down & he told me what he could sell it to me for. At first, I wasn't interested in making a decision, but he continued to sweeten the deal. By the time I got done, he discounted a decent amount on a new 2011 Honda FIT(only 10 miles on it). I was happy with the deal, but wasn't quite ready to commit. He stated if I put just a couple hundred down to reserve the car & hold the price, I was under no obligation to buy. A refund was no problem. I went home that night & researched the car. It turned out to be a great car. I went back the next day to Honda, financed through them ( they had a better rate than my bank), received an excellent warranty for 5 years, bumper to bumper, including the clearcoat (good for 7 years) for cheap money thanks to the finance manager, Emilio Locilento. I then left & came back around 6pm & drove my new car out the lot registered & ready to go. I honestly thought this was going to be a nightmare,while pressuring me to buy a car, but it wasn't. Everyone was knowledgeable, easy-going, and most of all, willing to go out of their way to make me happy. What else could you ask for? More

In a relatively brief time he show me all the highlights of the vehicle ... and did so at "just the right pace." Again, being tuned into the sales process since that is what I do for a living, I felt that I was treated very professionally and as a unique person with unique needs.
