Today I bought a used Civic from Honda Gallery. I am taking the time to write a review because my experience there was an exceptionally good one. Buying a car can be traumatic at times; today was a deli taking the time to write a review because my experience there was an exceptionally good one. Buying a car can be traumatic at times; today was a delight. Most of our time was spent with the salesperson, Casey Tong. While being completely professional the whole time, Casey was a joy to work with. He showed us the right cars, pointed out salient features without any hard sell, and listened to my concerns. At sales closing time, the sales manager was straightforward and professional. The finance manager got the job done without the hard-sell tactics I have experienced before at other dealerships. It was important to me to get the car as soon as possible but I never expected that I would be able to drive it home. It took many of the folks at Honda Gallery working together, but they completed the financing, insurance, and registration (including a new plate), and got the car cleaned, battery fully charged, and the plates on in less than an hour and a half. This was truly remarkable. I started my car shopping after lunch and drove the new car home in time for dinner. I highly recommend working with the good people at Honda Gallery. More

Junior Rodriquez was a pleasure to work with. His personality, sense of humor, and charm not only made it easy to deal with him, but he was exceptional in getting the best bang for our buck! My car's transmission went and we needed to get a car right away. After initially visiting another Honda dealership in MA where we had a TERRIBLE experience, my husband called around and spoke with the right away. After initially visiting another Honda dealership in MA where we had a TERRIBLE experience, my husband called around and spoke with the manager at Honda Gallery (Steve) who was great and offered us the same price for a 2012 Honda CRV EXL that we had from the 1st dealership for a Honda 2011 CRV EXL. Junior Rodriguez was exceptional. He was personable, not pushy at all, and was very thorough in desribing the features of the car. Generally I am strongly against having a sales person ride with me in a car when I'm looking to purchase one because I don't want the hard sell. Junior ended up entertaining my 4 year old daughter in the back seat while also answering all of our questions. He was available on his day off and Honda Gallery even reimbursed us on the rental car we needed to extend on because the APR for Honda was delayed in being released and we needed thge vehicle for a few more days before we closed on the sale. The only reason why I give Honda Gallery a good for customer service is because of the hard sell I received from a manager I had to deal with when I went in with my 4 yr old daughter to sign some paperwork. I was given the hard press sale that all the paperwork needed to be completed at that moment (including extended warranty decisions) in order to get license plates etc. for the car that day. After I pushed back several times, he miraculously figured out a different way to move forward with the purchase of the car without signing off on details of extended warranty which I wanted some time to review with husband who at the time was in a business meeting. Again, aside from that negative experience, overall, the team at Honda gallery were exceptional. I would highly recommend working with Junior Rodriguez specifically and Steve the manager at Honda Gallery. More

My salesperson, Kerry Simmons, has a lowkey approach that kept the whole sales process even and comfortable, and when we were negotiating the cost of new vehicle, and the value of my trade, I felt that Kerry kept the whole sales process even and comfortable, and when we were negotiating the cost of new vehicle, and the value of my trade, I felt that Kerry was on my side in trying to meet my price. When Kerry told me we had a deal, their finance dept was equally as helpful in helping me decide what protection plans were right for me, and he helped get me the best financing that was available. When the deal was completed and I came back to pick up the vehicle, Kerry took care of everything and the vehicle was ready to go as promised. All things considered, I am very satisfied with my experience and I would highly recommend The Honda Gallery as a terrific dealership to do business with! More
