I am writing in regards to my service at the Honda Gallery in Reading Ma. After my bad experience and purchase at pride chevrolet on the lynnway this year, I went to Honda on Feb. 6th 2012 to see if t Gallery in Reading Ma. After my bad experience and purchase at pride chevrolet on the lynnway this year, I went to Honda on Feb. 6th 2012 to see if they could help me get out of my situation with Chevy. I spoke to the manager Emilio Locilento so I could tell him what happened to me at Pride and my situation there and he listened to my story and was very sincere that he wanted to help me. I was mislead with the deal I had made with chevy. Emilio was very patient and explained the different options I had at Honda and that I was in good hands at Honda. I drove the new 2012 CRV that night becuse I had told Emilio I really wanted a smaller SUV then the one I was driving,I loved it. I ended up signing a 3 year lease with Honda for the car. If Emilio was not that there that day I do not know if I would have ended up getting a car seeing I really did not know much about leasing before that visit. Emilio went through everything with me, what I would be paying, what Honda offered with there lease plans,what I could do at the end of my lease, unlike Chevy where it was completely opposite. I am so excited and I will never ever go back to Pride after my experience at Honda, totally different sales men and managers at Honda that made me feel much more secure in my deal. Thank you!! More
