Due to our previous negative dealer review, the general manager contacted us to set up a time to discuss our position and any way they could make it satisfactory. We met with him and did indeed discuss our issues and he was attentive to our concerns. They were able to satisfy our concern by issuing a bumper-bumper warranty for 3 years/ 36000 miles. At this point I am no longer concerned for the financial burden of what the vehicle might cost us when/if it were to break down. It is after all a vehicle and the unknown is still out there, regardless. But the dealership was concientious to our concerns and we are willing to try work along side them to ensure our purchase is long-lasting and dependable. More

Dave, is a wonderful sales associate. From the moment my husband and I walked in the door, he was there to help us out. This is my first time getting an SUV and I was very excited, but didn't know what my husband and I walked in the door, he was there to help us out. This is my first time getting an SUV and I was very excited, but didn't know what to expect. I had alot of questions and he answered everyone of them thoroughly. He took us around the lot and I took a test drive on one vehicle. I knew the exact type of vehicle that I wanted, it was really just a matter of the price. He went out of his way to find me the price and style that would be a good fit. I also had a used Toyota Camry, which I was trading in. I was able to get a great trade in value, which is always very helpful towards the other vehicle. In turn, I now own a used 2008 Honda CRV and I love it!!! Dave is definately a great asset to your company and I would recommend him to anyone. I also came to the dealership a few times to have my vehicle looked at for different reasons.
