We had a great experience at Honda Gallery. We knew exactly what we were looking for going in and Junior made sure we got it. There was no sales pressure and when we declined some of the extras they d exactly what we were looking for going in and Junior made sure we got it. We feel we got a fair trade in price and that the price of the new Pilot we purchased was in line with what we had researched. I have to bring the car back in to have the extras added and they are supplying me with a car for the day so that I will not be inconvenienced. Once we had the deal in place, we had to wait for over an hour before our paperwork was processed, and that too after inquiring about the status, otherwise our file was just sitting in the "finance" rack. Unfortunateley, the car being a prior lease, it came with only one key..you can guess what happened. I had NO idea that cars need to be at the dealer to get new keys made(because everything is computerized now!!) So we had to have it towed! THANKFULLY, Steve took great care of us, saved me quite a bit of $$ and was extremely honest and professional. Leah, and everyone else in the service department was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Honda Gallery and will buy there again in a heartbeat.
