We purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Honda Gallery about a month ago. He was patient and made us feel comfortable and allowed us to bring car seats and try them out in the different vehicles to assess which car would be the best fit for our expanding family. We made the purchase that same day and are thrilled with the vehicle and all of its amazing features!!! Brian was also excellent in how he spent a lot of time with us to go over all of the car's features and how everything worked. We never felt rushed and he thoroughly answered all of our questions. He was also very sweet with our daughter and gave her a little Honda baseball hat! He made what can often be a very stressful and difficult experience very pleasant and actually enjoyable! In particular, I worked in Brian Sullivan (Sully) in selecting my 2012 CRV. Sully is very approachable, down to earth and does not pressure you in any sort of way. In fact, he was beyond patient as I hemmed and hawed over whether or not to pull the trigger on the deal. During test drives, he went over key features of the car, but didn’t apply the full court sales press I’ve experience in the past. In between showing me aspects of the car, we chatted about the Celtics. I particular liked that it wasn’t always 100% business and that I could actually enjoy my test drive. Sully was able to answer all my questions and spent extra time setting up my phone and showing me every detail to the car. He’s even made a couple of calls to me after the sale to make sure everything is living up to my expectations. I couldn't be happier with my experience at the Honda Gallery. More

I never had such a good time buying a car. Brian Sullivan was the best salesman I've ever dealt with, he kept me within my budget and got me into the 2012 crv I had my heart set on. He was professional, knowledgeable and never pressured me. He took the time to go through all the features of the car and even set the blue tooth up for my phone. I bought a Ridgeline pick up Honda Gallery in January. It was an excellent dealer experience. Loved the truck, but in April I developed a detached retina--the second one I've had. I needed something with lighter doors and smaller tires. I called manager Frank McLaughlin and he said no problem, we'll work something out. Last night I drove away in a new CRV. I am satisfied with the price they were able to give me for my 4 month old truck. The whole transaction--from walking in their front door and then driving away in my new CRV--took 2 days. Junior, my sales rep, and his boss Steve were completely kind, knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. Honda Gallery is the best dealership I've ever used. I highly recommend them. More
About 8 months ago I had decided to purchase a new vehicle and heard good things from a friend about the honda gallery. Right out of my car I had seen the vehicle I wanted. I was greeted by a friendly vehicle and heard good things from a friend about the honda gallery. Right out of my car I had seen the vehicle I wanted. I was greeted by a friendly representative who had helped me learn more about this used vehicle. It was a used '08 , that was leased by one previous owner for 36,000 miles. It had a few little things that didnt stand out too bad but i wasnt looking for in a vehicle of my own,(minor rim scratch, quarter panel scratch, etc...) They were quick to offer their autobody service for the corner panel, which was definatley a plus. Things were going good, we had sat down to negotiate and make this vehicle my own, i had purchased some of the warrenties( tire and wheel,remote starter) which were a few additional charges a month, but for my new car it was worth it; and gotten the vehicle certified as the old warranty had expired. I had bought the car in august of 2011, and was excited to pick it up. Everything was great and i had fell in love with it, but only a few weeks into it, i realized i was getting a rattling grinding noise when i would start the car. I brought it in and told them about the problem, they were kind to fix it and offer me a rental car. I picked up the car after they had worked on it waiting a few days with an enterprise vehicle and it was in working order again. A few weeks after this had occured the vehicle was having trouble starting over, so i headed back to the service department, only to recieve my second enterprise vehicle, it was due to a dead cell in the battery, on a used certified honda, i dont know why. I go to pick up my vehicle and neither windows will work. I had to wait an additional day to drop off the vehicle again and find transporation home because a master switch didnt get flipped back on. 4 or 5 months into this "certified used vehicle" i realize this loud hissing coming from the exhaust and my low oil light comes on. My car is now burning oil, and i have to fill it up after a recent oil change.I had my mechanic take a look at the vehicle as a whole, seeing as it seemed more of a pain then help. I have a bent rim in the back causing a shimmy on the highway that didnt seem like a big deal, thought it was natural. I swing by the service department another time to let them know whats going on, the response was that 1 quart of oil to every 1000 miles is normal.....hm. I did some research on the year make and model and realized that more than average were having the same exact problem with this vehicle and honda wasnt doing anything about it but recalling vehicles that were being complained about. They said the bent rim was "from the original owner and must have been sold to me with a bad rim" that went out for repair 2-3 days leaving me with no vehicle. Oil got topped off and was told to come back when the light comes back on to check the oil levels. Thinking this was all over and the vehicle was fine, I get into my vehicle only to hear that nice grinding noise when starting it. Service department here i come, the 10th time in 8 months. They said the mechanic who fixed it checked it out and its fine, so i must be lieing as i am the one who drives the vehicle everyday. When i had addressed all these issues to the salesman that i had boughten the vehicle from, he was very kind and helpful but in the end only seemed to want to sell me a new vehicle for a few extra bucks a month, and a new finance plan starting over. The personalities are great here and they try to help, but i just dont think its enough to make me want to purchase another vehicle here again. More
