I brought my 2019 Hyundai Kona in at 45,746 miles having scheduled a 45,000-mile factory-required service online (confirmed). When I arrived, Service Advisor Jhon Garcia never presented the 45K service I ha scheduled a 45,000-mile factory-required service online (confirmed). When I arrived, Service Advisor Jhon Garcia never presented the 45K service I had booked. Instead, he offered only the 30K or 60K packages and recommended the 60K, claiming it would let me skip the 60K service later — a claim contradicted by the owner's manual. The 60K package was agreed upon before any inspection of my vehicle was performed. The Multi-Point Inspection performed the same day by their own technician certified the fluids as acceptable — yet coolant service (not due until 120K miles), transmission fluid service (owner's manual states no service required under normal conditions until 112.5K miles), and battery service (not a scheduled 45K item) were all performed. Total paid: $1,188.88. Disputed charges: $344.07 in parts alone, plus associated labor. I am seeking a full refund of these disputed charges. Three written complaints to dealership management over several weeks received no response. A formal complaint has been filed with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. A complaint with Hyundai Motor America will be filed. More

I went to get my tires rotated and oil changed. Although my receipt says that the tires were rotated, they were not. I had plugged a tire myself and the plugged tire was in the same position. DO NOT come here for service. The service advisors will lie to you, misrepresent the technicians' reports, and recommend completely unnecessary services to jack up the bill.
