I just want to say that I had the best experience dealing with Sammy that I think I could have possibly had. When I went in the dealership the only reason I went was because of the sale. I had already visit with Sammy that I think I could have possibly had. When I went in the dealership the only reason I went was because of the sale. I had already visited a few dealerships in my local area but I figured if I could save the money it would be worth driving the two hours to get there. This was gonna be the first new car that I ever bought and I didnt think that in the end I would feel like this but I do. I feel great about the purchase despite some savings that I wish I would have qualified for Sammy was top notch. He showed me how to use every feature in the car and explained everything in alot of detail. " no doubt about it " he said maybe a thousand times. And in the end there was no doubt that he was there to take care of what I wanted to get out of the deal. I just want to send a big Thank you to Sammy. We actually have been looking for a used car because of our budget but when we went in they gave us such a good deal we ended up getting a brand new 2012 Sante Fe for only a little bit more. We actually came in the night before Thanksgiving (after work)and they were about to close. Manning took the time and went through everything with us and showed us everything we wanted to see. Even as his coworkers left for the night he was very polite and helpful to us. We were there pretty late, he is the reason we got such a great deal on our band new car. We even had an issue with the tow package on the car after we bought it, he again took the time and helped me fix it. I love the fact that we can rely on him even after everything was done. Typical sales pitch. They will try to sell you the cars that they have in the lot and do not care about what customer wants. We wanted Tucson limited edition with navigation. They tried to sell us GLS with that they have in the lot and do not care about what customer wants. We wanted Tucson limited edition with navigation. They tried to sell us GLS with 3rd party navigation system. Wasted 2 hours by keeping on trying to show as if they are working on finding any vehicle for us. They will only sell what is in the lot. Never go there. We bought the vehicle we wanted at cheaper price at Flemington Hyundai. Also, donot go with their gimmick about 30% off, its a completed scam to lure customer in and by bumping up the prices with accessories and other stuff that no on wants. More
