I recently purchased a new 2012 hyundai genesis coupe after having unsuccessful trips to the dealer. Purchased a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander at Brad Benson and had a great experience. The reasons why I would come back to Brad Benson are 1) they seem to never close their doors - they were still open and it w had a great experience. The reasons why I would come back to Brad Benson are 1) they seem to never close their doors - they were still open and it was 10:45PM on a Tuesday night. 2) They were willing, and able, to negotiate prices, accessories, really anything we wanted in order to get us in the SUV we liked. 3) They took our 6 yr old, 100K mile VW Passat (which we owed on) and gave us a great trade-in value with little hassle considering. 4) They had tons of inventory on the lot - which was unlike the other 5 assorted dealerships we went to before going to Brad Benson. 5) They pulled the exact model of SUV we wanted so we could test drive it (unlike pulling a fully loaded model we had no intention/interest looking at). 6) I guess they just listened to exactly what we wanted. Teddy, our salesman, was courteous, willing to help, and not pushy. Michael, the sales manager, was terrific. He was honest, very friendly, and ready and willing to make a deal. The finance rep we worked with was great as well. Really - no complaints, and we love our new car. I would highly recommend buying at Brad Benson and working with Teddy and Michael.
