Replaced items which may not have needed to be replaced. My car had intermittent starting issues. Sometimes needed to be jumped and battery light would occasionally come on. Dealership had it for 9 business My car had intermittent starting issues. Sometimes needed to be jumped and battery light would occasionally come on. Dealership had it for 9 business days and replaced the Alternator, Battery (which was only 6 months old) and the drive belt which they had replaced a few months back. Finally got the car back paying just over $1,000 for the work and within days the issue returned. I took it back a second time but they couldn’t duplicate it so I drove the car continuing to have the intermittent starting until it completely shorted out stranding me on the road. I had it towed to the dealership. They then found the issue. The negative battery terminal was corroded. A $5 part. They said the alternator wasn’t putting out enough volts but I’m not sure I believe them. And they said my 6 month old battery wasn’t holding a charge. I can’t believe that. It probably wasn’t getting a proper charge due to the corroded terminal. They also said the few month old drive belt was wearing because the old alternator was loose. My guess is they loosened it to get the belt on and didn’t retighten it properly. The team was always nice but we’re sometimes difficult to contact and most times didn’t return calls timely or at all. I won’t recommend or take a car there again. More
Parts no longer manufactured I have a 2005 Chrysler Sebring in excellent condition. One day I got in and none of the instruments were working. It was determined that I needed a ne I have a 2005 Chrysler Sebring in excellent condition. One day I got in and none of the instruments were working. It was determined that I needed a new BCM and it was no longer manufactured. I located one thru a 3rd party and Route 1 installed it only to find out I also needed a new PCM. I also located this thru a 3rd party and they installed that. They worked on my vehicle for a few months and were kind enough to give me a loaner until they got it running. Will definitely continue to get my car serviced there and we’ll be buying a new vehicle there once the model is available. Excellent service team! More

Service has deteriorated tremedously Have been using their service department for the last 6 years, and up until last year service has been excellent. Now, we drop off our car at the app Have been using their service department for the last 6 years, and up until last year service has been excellent. Now, we drop off our car at the appointed time, and no one calls us to tell us what has been found. Call service back, they promise to call right back, never do. This can go on for a couple of days, car in the shop, no idea of what is being done. The last appointment was for 10am on a Friday morning. After calling 3x with no status on the diagnosis, at 6pm I called and was informed that the car was not looked at, and won't be until Monday, and no loaners are available. Car sat on the dealer lot all weekend. Guess what, they did not look at it on Monday either. Just not acceptable. The last issue was the driver rear window would not go up or down. Called for an appointment, and we were put on a waiting list for a loaner. After two more weeks, we called and requested a repair appointment without a loaner. Service said they would call back with a date. A week later, no call back. So again, we call for an appointment, and told again they will call us with a date. It is now Sept 13, no word from service. Very disappointed, as this was once (in my opinion) a 5 star service center. I will not longer service my vehicle here, and certainly will not buy a car knowing how their service has deteriorated. I feel bad for Max, as we were planning on buying a new Jeep from him at the end of the year. More
Excellent Service Stopped in before work for an oul change, Managed to get my oil changed, tires rotated and a recall repaired and still be at work on time.
