Reason for 2 stars on price is that i shouldnt of had to pay anything. This was an obvious manufacturer defect. NOT UNDER WARANTY!!! This dealer worked with me on a minimal price. I also had small dents removed to my satisfaction. I am enlisted in jeep wave program so rental car used during repair was minimal(very good.) I used mopar coupons for oil change. Service rep (Brittany,) was very nice, helpful and thourough. More

Emergency Service I am from South Texas and flew up to New York to pick up a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. This was on a Thursday and my plan was to land and start driving down. I am from South Texas and flew up to New York to pick up a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. This was on a Thursday and my plan was to land and start driving down. After leaving Brooklyn I noticed the vehicle was not shifting into 2nd or 3rd gear so I could not drive move than 40 mph. This was already around 4 pm. I pulled over at a travel center and started searching. I found Route 1 was 30 miles from me, told them I was just passing thru and I would need to be back at work on Monday and they gave me a 6:15 am appointment for the next day. Meghan Dornisch (assistant Service Manager) took us in evaluated the situation and advice me that the vehicle needed more testing. We retuned at 10 a.m. and the vehicle was fast tracked into the service area. Within 30 minutes the problem was diagnosed as defective module in the transmission. They looked for the part and said they could have it in by the next day (Saturday). Meghan called me on Saturday morning to let me know that the part was in and the vehicle would be ready later that day. Her team had the Jeep running by 2 pm and we started our 30 hour non stop drive back to Brownsville, Tx and made it in time to watch the Cowboys lose the Texans. All in all Meagan showed great professionalism never promising something without verifying first. She help me make an informed decision and everything worked out in the end. I don't know how much she earns as the assistant service manager but she definitely deserves a raise! Excellent service! There were other dealerships in the area but Route 1 was the only one who would take us in on short notice and they delivered! More
