Just took my 2003 Chrysler T&C for its regular oil change. Personnel were courteous and helpful. Service is always excellent and dependable. first thing is I want to thank Gregg and Jim in your service dept. for the outstanding treatment I received!!! now my problem, I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 and was driving on the highway and noticed a w service dept. for the outstanding treatment I received!!! now my problem, I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 and was driving on the highway and noticed a weird sound coming from the rear of the truck , I drove my truck straight home and call greenfield dodge and spoke to Jim in the service department . I explained my problem to him and out of concern he told me to have my truck towed to the dealer for safety reasons. meantime called AAA and had my truck towed to the dealer and within 2 hours Jim called me back with information of what happen. he advised me of some issues with my differential of bearings ,seal , pinion were bad and after doing safety check the mechanic noticed antifreeze leaking and water pump was leaking. I have a dodge service contract and he advise me these are covered items covered under my contract, and told him to go ahead and to do the repairs as needed. after talking with Jim he set me up with a rental threw the dealership and he would keep in touch with me on updates of my truck. I was very empress of the customer satisfaction I received on a daily bases of repairs going on !! and being treated with professional staff members of greenfield dodge service department., PS: truck runs great as it was new!!! again thank you Jim and Gregg, and the service department, keep up the great service you provide!!! thank you, kevin parrish from Yardville nj. I took my van in for service because all of a sudden the doors would not react to the key fob. The vehicle was also due for an oil change soon so I had that done as well. I was greeted at the door, waited on immediately and offered a ride home until the work was finished. As they were logging in my vehicle the service person first checked for any recalls on my vehicle, and then checked my service record. He explained that since I get my oil changes there, he wanted to see if I had accrued enough to receive a free oil change. I chose to wait and after a a short wait had my car returned to me in great working order and oil changed, all at no charge. More
I have been a satisfied customer of Dick Greenfield for over 20 years. I have purchased vehicles from the dealer and used their service department. Currently, I own a Chrysler Pacifica that has been serviced for the past 7 years with Dick Greenfield Service Dept. I am consistently pleased with the service received. The staff always has a warm welcome, they address any concerns you may have, and I think the charge for service is fair considering you are getting factory parts for your vehicle. The waiting area is comfortable, if you choose to wait for your vehicle. They also offer a valet auto service if you need a ride! And, I like the Express Lube Savers Club - you buy four oil changes and the next one is free! As you can see, I am a quite satisfied customer. Matter of fact, I am so pleased, that I convinced my husband to take his Ford F-150 in for service when his next oil change/service is due. Call ahead and they will make sure they have the factory parts for this! They do not only service Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram. Oh, and don't forget - 24 hour service department Mon - Thur; Friday they close at 9pm and Saturday 7:30-4:30. No appointment needed--------can't beat that!!!! Joanne L. More
I am disappointed in the service. I am disappointed in the service. I have purchased several vehicles from them in the last few years. The price used to be the best around, however I guess business has the service. I have purchased several vehicles from them in the last few years. The price used to be the best around, however I guess business has pickup again and they are not interested in the loyal customers that helped them by staying with them when things were really bad. As for service, nothing seems to be fixed on the first trip, I have had to return several vehicles a second or third time recently to have them repaired properly. I don;t ask for price breaks, special deals etc, just fix it and that is not being done. I am looking for a different dealer to do business with now. I love jeeps and have always had at least one in the driveway for the past 45 years. I switched to Dodge trucks when they first started with the cummins, I need to find a new dealer. Maybe old man Greenfield just doesn't care any more. Time to find a new place to do business. More

Brought our Dodge Sprinter in for service, the vehicle would not start, the lights all came on the dash, but not starting. The service person told us a new key had to be made and programed, also they wa would not start, the lights all came on the dash, but not starting. The service person told us a new key had to be made and programed, also they wanted to do a service on the glow plugs etc while it was in for the starting problem. We figured well nothings wrong with the glow plugs so I got a price and said ok. We called 2 days later because we needed the vehicle and were told they stripped the glow plugs taking them out and would be charging us $300+ to put in helicoils! after a bill of $1,800 plus dollars, we picked up the van drove it 25 miles and it wouldn't start again! We jumped it and returned it to the dealer who called us a day later and told us the Alternator, Control module and Voltage regulator needed replacing $1,375.00 more! And the key we paid $300+ for didn't work when we picked up the van because they needed to replace the Control Module! None of which was diagnosed when we originally brought in the vehicle. I will never deal with this dealership again. More
Couldn't diagnose a simple brake problem (even after my husband suggested that he thought it the brakes). Instead, they pushed a $1,000 repair to the hubs. Then Dick Greenfield Dodge wouldn't admit they were wrong, and refused to provide the name of the dealership manager so we could complain about our experience! More
I brought my car in to have a tire repaired, and while I waited one of the people who worked there was nice enough to let me print out something that I needed for a class I was taking. I don't remember his name, but he was very friendly and helpful and I really appreciated his kindness which was exceptional considering the fact that one of their printers was already acting up that day in the service station desk area. This Chrysler Dealership is the worst experience I have ever had. Went there on Friday March 2nd around 3pm for a broken Stem sensor on my right back tire, had a new stem sensor placed on my front right ti ever had. Went there on Friday March 2nd around 3pm for a broken Stem sensor on my right back tire, had a new stem sensor placed on my front right tire. The dashboard indicator said 2 low tire pressure. Assistant Manager in the Auto parts Department who indicated to me that a new stem sensor would be placed on my back right tire and that the dashboard indicator would be reset for $150. Around 1 hour later after seeing my car serviced and sensor placed the car sat for another hour. At 6pm I inquire about my car noticing others that came before me leaving the worst Auto Manager Greg stated to me that a diagnostic would have to be done on my dashboard indicator and would take an hour at $98 an hour I was upset and indicated to him that this was originally priced into the original price of $150 why should at pay extra when the car was serviced earlier and just sat for hours. I agreed to the $98. 5 hours later i was told that my car was ready (8pm) and he treated me in a hostile manner for voicing my objections to the services rendered. He then stated to me that 3 sensors were failing (mind you I came to this shop with only 1 sensor down), Greg then stated to me in a very nasty and hostile manner that i would have to pay in cash. I asked the receptionest for the Assistant Mananger, Managers and Owners name to file a complaint because I came into this shop with 3 working tire stem sensors and was leaving with 3 failed sensors. Greg hear this and stated that he was the Assistant Manager and refuse to give me my car. Greg then in a very nasty manner offered to drive me to get cash. I was fearful because of his hostile and agitating manner I was force to call the Lawrenceville Police. Upon the police arriving I attempted to file a complaint because of possible vandalizing of 3 car tire sensors for the possibility of my purchasing 3# additional sensors and the refusal to accept my Debit Card for no apparent reason only because I objected. I paid for 1 sensor and to reset dashboard indicator. The sensor was placed but my dashboard indicator was never reset although I paid for this. More
