Reduced respect for customers Over the years bought at least 30 cars from this dealership never had a problem under the name greenfield. The car lot is a used car lot now. People were always friendly now they ignore you unless your looking to buy. Seems to be a shyster dealership. They may not care about my opinion but I been a customer since 1980 and have bought one to two cars at least every two years. I have a lot more to say about my recent experiences but I doubt anyone will pay attention. Will not buy another car there. Will not recommend to anyone. More
DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE OR ANYTHING!!!!! Every time I go to the dick green field doge service group there is always a problem. Recently I went to go get an oil change because they gave me 4 f Every time I go to the dick green field doge service group there is always a problem. Recently I went to go get an oil change because they gave me 4 free oil changes. This was my last free oil change., I asked them to pour synthetic oil... It took them about an hour and 1/2 to change the oil and when they told me it was done, i look the the receipt and they poured normal oil. I went back to the service group and it took them another 30 to 45 minutes to switch the oil.the first time I got an oil change they charged me 40 for just the synthetic oil. This time they charged me almost $60 !!!!! While I was waiting for the oil to be changed went to the parts section and asked about how much it would cost me to get navigation that comes standard it some of the trucks. The sales representative told me it would cost about $2500.. I was ready to laugh in the guys face he clearly had no idea what he was talking about. He told me i had to replace my whole entire system when I told him that the system i had was compatible to have navigation it just had to be turned ON. He told me " that doesn't matter you need the whole system replaced" after we had this conversation i went on the internet and found how much a new system would actually cost me for my car. It can out to around $1,000.00. I WILL NEVER TO TO DICK GREEN FIELD DOGE AGAIN. The people working there are not experienced sales people. Please be careful when you go to the service group!!! More
I bought a new 2013 ram 1500 from this dealer and one of the fog lights wasnt working with less than 300 miles on the truck. So I took it back to the service department and one of the managers tried to get the fog lights wasnt working with less than 300 miles on the truck. So I took it back to the service department and one of the managers tried to get me to sign some paper that I might have to pay for them just to check it. I tried explaining to them that it might just be unpluged after an hour of arguing with them about me having full warrenty and that it will take less than 2 minutes to fix it, they finally checked it and it was unplugged like I said. Then my rear door handle poped out of place and I asked them to pop it back in but yet again they tried to get me to sign some paper work that I might have to pay for it. So they decided to order a new door handle rather than just taking a look at it. they told me the new door handle will be there in a week and after a week they call me so I go ther to get the door handle fixed. When I get there nobody had any idea what I was talking about and they told me they didnt have any door handles in stock. So arguing with them for hours they finally go and check out the door handle and all they had to do was pop it back in place like i told them from the start. Then i had a problem with my gas tank and i had to go there 6 times before they actually decided to fix it.Overall this is the worst service ever. I do not reccomend ever going there. They are very disrespectful and rude. I really dont know how they stay in buisness. They make me never want to buy any car from chrysler. More
My experience here by far has been the worst yet. I go in to remove my spare tire because it was stuck. The servicer said he will charge $49 and then after 2 hours of waiting the mechanic comes back and says to remove my spare tire because it was stuck. I was really upset because he said the $49 was for diagnostic of the problem. This is not fair because why does he have to diagnose anything when I told him exactly what my problem was, I speak to a manager and he says you have to pay the diagnostic fee or you will not get your keys back, he had a nasty attitude. Then I spoke to a general manager and he had a nasty attitude as well and said the same thing. Why should I pay $49 dollars for a diagnostic? These people are trying to rip me off, all I wanted was to get the stuck spare tire out. I will never recommend my friends or family to go there, they are a bunch of rip offs. More

Dick Greenfield has to have the best service model I have seen! Just come in with the car, no appointments needed, no call ahead. Service is open 24 hours. Amazing! They are now my sole service provider for my 2008 Sebring Convertible. After work, I can bring the car in early evening and be home by 9pm, repairs completed. While I have only needed their services three times, each time the car was properly diagnosed, and promptly repaired. I have not been hit with unnecessary repair work, as I have at other Chrysler service centers (those of which, I will never frequent again). Suggestions: Being open 24 hours, they should at least offer coffee while you wait. Being open 24 hours, they should have beds for over night repairs, and a small cafe as well. But joking aside, this is a great service model that I have not seen any where else, under any brand. Their service model alone may sway me to purchase a Chrysler as my next car, and it will be purchased from this dealership. Good Job! More
I brought my vehicle in thinking it was something minor and wasn't prepared to leave it (I depend on it daily with my daughter traveling for basketball). After realizing I was going to miss my daughters basketball game that Sat I searched for a rental and couldn't find a place open that late on a Sat or that I could afford. Even though they don't offer a loaner, Maryann took really good care of me in their rental department! She was more than understanding and let me vent and even gave me a BIG hug in the end. Every attention was paid to detail when doing this. My extended service contract offers me a first day rental car which I took advantage of. The paperwork was prepared and given to me by Alicia and I only had to take it directly to Lynn in the Rentals department. Later that day, I received a call from the Service department informing me the parts would come in the next day for my Pacifica. All this was carried out smoothly and efficiently. The Service department kept me informed and my car was ready the next day. Let me mention that I am extremely happy that the Service department suggested the extended warranty purchase. My original warranty had expired at 75,000 miles and I never had to use it. With the current mileage and the knowledge that I would keep this car for several more years it was a no-brainer to purchase an extended warranty with first-day car rental! I have now used this warranty for the first time and saved a couple of hundred dollars. Thank you to the Service department for suggesting this!! Also, thank you to Lynn in Rentals and to the mechanics who service the vehicles! Let me mention that my 2006 Chrysler Pacifica has been serviced by Dick Greenfield since I purchased it 7 years ago from another dealer. If Dick Greenfield had sold Chryslers at that time, it would have been purchased there also. I am a 20 plus year satisfied customer of Dick Greenfield Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram! More
