riped off I purchased a Chrysler 200 s 2 years ago I've had trouble with this car since I purchased it, everybody knows that the Chryslers 200 is a bad car, and I purchased a Chrysler 200 s 2 years ago I've had trouble with this car since I purchased it, everybody knows that the Chryslers 200 is a bad car, and yet they keep trying to fix it. they don't even want the car back they charged me too much for the car when I purchased it and now it's only worth 14,000 and I owe 24,000 on the car they found every excuse not to allow me to trade the car in, and now they want to replace the transmission I would not recommend anybody to go to rt1 Chrysler dodge jeep ram to purchase a car and I will not stop here I will always tell everybody about rt 1 dodge More
Service department JP and Barbara where wonderful. A teenager and a car can be a nightmare and was. They made a terrible situation a not so bad. They cared about helping me and fixing the car and did so without totally killing my budget. I recommend to everyone this service department. No hard sells for things in fact they did everything to save me some money. Also I bought the vehicle here it was used did my research and the salesman was terrific . The finance guy was great no hard sell I bought a warranty as my son was driving it, it was expensive there was no hard sell at all. It was the best thing I ever did as I said my son drives it. JP and the warranty have saved me several times. Folks this is a good place to shop and service your car. More

I own a 2010 charger and had an ongoing issue with the the interior gauges going crazy at a random time, I took my car to several other dealerships fo I own a 2010 charger and had an ongoing issue with the the interior gauges going crazy at a random time, I took my car to several other dealerships for this issue and they would say we couldnot duplicate the problem, I called her and Larry in service helped me out, I dropped the car off and with 48 hours I got a phone call saying that they have found the issue and that the Cluster was the issue, thy replaced the cluster, it's been more than 2 weeks and the issue didn't return at all, I will now only take my car there and only there. More

Outstanding Service Department I purchased a Certified, Pre-Owned Jeep from another dealer. I had a significant (scary) problem with it. I contacted the Dealership I purchased it fr I purchased a Certified, Pre-Owned Jeep from another dealer. I had a significant (scary) problem with it. I contacted the Dealership I purchased it from who blew me off and told me they could take it in 15 days-and couldn't provide me with a loaner in the interim as the nature of the problem hadn't been determined to be a warranty problem. I called Route 1 CDJR hoping for a better date than 15 days away. They not only immediately took my vehicle (On a holiday weekend) they looked up my VIN and advised me I was entitled to a free warranty tow. They kept me advised with every step they took, and asked me for suggestions, concerns and input. The Service Department works as an Incredibly responsive team with genuine concern to satisfy the customer. I will buy my next Jeep from here BECAUSE the Service Department is OUTSTANDING. More

Did the right thing I purchased a Chrysler 300s and noticed that the subwoofer was missing from the trunk of the car. I was a bit upset that this was not in the vehicle. yes i would I went to the dealer for a oil change and left with a new truck. Horace Boswell was great, I had time to killed and he answer my question and was very I went to the dealer for a oil change and left with a new truck. I told Horace what I would like to do and what I wanted and he came through and I made a deal. he worked with me. I brought a lot of cars and Horace was one of the best I ever had to deal with. he made me feel important.. he also no what hes doing, from a scale of 1 to 10 Horace is a 10 and I will send people to him.
