Taylor was no help! Although friendly, the service person Taylor, was not very helpful. I was given no updates on my vehicle. We scheduled a time that I was going to call her to set up a rental car. When I called, I was told she would not be in till 2 hrs later. Some one else had to help me with the rental. After the work was done, she didn't apply my warranty onto the invoice. The cashier expected full payment. Again, someone else had to help me and adjust the bill. I was told no one knew when my vehicle would be ready, so I rental a car. My car was ready after 2 days. If I had known that, I would not have rented a car. More

A better service than the prior one I had here I had a bad experience the 2nd to last time I got an oil change. The guy in the blue shirt wasn’t professional. It was a rainy day and he jumped right I had a bad experience the 2nd to last time I got an oil change. The guy in the blue shirt wasn’t professional. It was a rainy day and he jumped right in my vehicle without putting a plastic mat down before getting in it (my vehicle was left with boot marks), my key fob had a scratch on it and stopped working (was dropped). I called to put a complaint in and was told a manager would call me the next day and I never received a call. I was very disappointed. My last visit to get an oil change was great! Larry took care of me the best he could especially when I told him how upset/unhappy I was from the visit prior. He was very helpful and professional! More

No nonesense service Mickey is "get the job done" guy. I said I need oil change and lube and Mickey said he would take care of that and ask if I was waiting to which is r Mickey is "get the job done" guy.
