Before visiting this dealer, I did not know what I was missing My visit to my local Dodge dealer - Route 1 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - changed my life. Before visiting this dealer, I did not know what I was missing with car service. From the moment I drove into the reception bay, I felt like I was at home. Everyone was so kind. Plus, I got to see my car getting inspected since there are windows going into the shop from the customer lounge. That was soo much fun! It is exciting seeing it go up and down on a lift, and have a technician look at all the wheels with flash lights. I feel like visiting some day to just see other cars getting worked on. Service I took my car in for an oil change . I was attended to me very quickly.The young woman that waited on me was very pleasant and helpful. I was told tha I took my car in for an oil change . I was attended to me very quickly.The young woman that waited on me was very pleasant and helpful. I was told that it would be two hours or less because of the large volume of work but to my surprise it took about an hour. That was great service, thank you. More
